Chorizo queso was extremely delicious. The homemade chips were incredible! Ice cream, steak burrito and hard shell tacos were so good I wish this place was in my city! When I come back to Battle Creek we will certainly return!
One of the best hidden gems. I am glad to find this on a chance while waiting for dance class to be over. Some of the best restaurants tend to be these hidden โ€œhole in the wallโ€ places. Indeed the atmosphere is reminiscent of being invited into a Mexican kitchen. The authenticity of the food must ha
This restaurant is wonderful. The food, service, and usually the people. Last time a woman wasn't watching her kids and they threw a straw paper over the booth and it landed in our food. Never had that happen here before.
Legit good stuff. Having grown up a dozen miles from Mexico I've got a craving for delicious Mexican food and this place hits the spot. Never did I think I'd enjoy a great barbacoa wet burrito in Battle Creek, MI but here I am!
I wasn't expecting to find such delicious Mexican food in a small city in Michigan, but this place was great! I was so full I wasn't able to try the hand-dipped ice cream pops, but they looked amazing.
Wonderful family-owned restaurant. Always super friendly and helpful, great authentic food and yummy homemade ice cream flavors too! The Gansito ice cream and the Magonada are our favorites.
So delicious, l love the food here The Elote is the best! And it's my husband's favorite restaurant. Dona and Mario Hernandez ๐Ÿ˜‹
Very small dine in area 4 tables to be exact. So carry out is the preferred way to go. Food was ok and seems like they are trying to be authentic.
I went in because I had a takeout order and it was done and hot. While I was in I saw the amazing ice cream lined up and bought some. Workers were very helpful and Great customer service. Food was also exactly what I ordered
Best asada tacos in town and best when eaten on site! Treat yourself to paletas while you wait or as a desert. Family owned and operated.

Wonderful place to stop for lunch during our travels. Excellent food and service! Carnas asada and Enchilada M.
Wow. The Burrito mexicano..... ๐Ÿ˜‹ $11.99 well worth it. The best tasting Burrito ever. Just one thing.. It could have used more lettuce on the side with tomato cubes. Didn't get the guacamole. Or pico de gallo. STILL WAS DELICIOUS
This is by far my favorite Mexican restaurant in the surrounding area. They have great food, and service. It is usually pretty quick. It's a 4 instead of a 5, because I have had 2 experiences where the food could have been prepared a little better. Overall I enjoyed my experience there and would rec
