We were advised upon arrival that they were short of kitchen staff, so the food might take longer than usual. This ended up not being the case. Our drinks were always replaced before they were empty, the food was timely and fresh, and our waitress (Nicki) was FANTASTIC!! She was friendly, professional, and accommodating. She was knowledgeable of the menu and kept busy without neglecting her customers.
12/3 visit was much less impressive in regards to service. I had to get up and get my own silverware and straw after requesting it twice. It would be safe to say we saw our waitress every 20 minutes or so and received more attention from the staff who was running her food. I wish we had requested a different section.
1/28 visit - service was terrible. We had to ask multiple times for the same things. We were walked past several times by our waitress before she even took our drink order. I think it would be safe to say that we will not be back to this location unless something changes dramatically.
Had a great meal and visit with a great friend. Was able to sit and visit and catch up. Salad tasted great, I ordered minus the corn salsa, and they gave me plain tomatoes instead. Very accommodating, friendly and helpful staff.
Good food, wish the cheese on my cheese fries was more gooey & less crispy, but not bad by any means, good service, wish there was one closer to my home, I don't get to go here alot, but always enjoy it when I do.

The food was great and the service was great! My husband and I both got the appetizer samplers because it had such good food on it and we didn't have to just have one thing and my gosh are those Southwestern egg rolls good along with everything else. Yummy
We absolutely love Chili's Fajita Trio, but this time around, we didn't receive our order as requested. We specify the steak be cooked to rare and to not cover it with the dome (because it keeps cooking to a perfect medium rare simply sitting on the grill plate). This time the steak came out well done, nearly shoe leather.
Food was great! Service was great and fun. We enjoyed our quick night out! It has been years since we've goe to chili's because last time wasn't great! We will be back!

The food was really good . I absolutely love the bartender Lex she is awesome!!
Instead of the normal cold and uptight feel of some restaurants, this Chilis location makes every dining experience personalized and makes you want to keep coming back. We had a wonderful server named Dre who made sure we had everything we needed and had such a great warm and welcoming personality, that I would return for his service alone. He is also very knowledgeable about the menu and helped me when I couldn’t decide what I wanted. We had also had a server named Angie who is so nice and truly a delight. And Char, who is the manager is so sweet and remembers and creates a personalized for every guest that walks in the restaurant. You can definitely tell the restaurant’s success is solely based on her leadership and the example she sets for those that work under her. Even though I didn’t personally meet any of the kitchen staff, they must all be great because the food came out very quickly but it was DELICIOUS. I HIGHLY recommend Chilis! This is THE PLACE to eat in Battle Creek.
Lastnight was our first time and the food and host was amazing she was so kind it's expensive but so good would so recommend 🥰
Food was delicious. The only thing was, that my garlic bread was a little soft. Our waitress was great. Would've giving a 5 stars if it wasn't for the Garlic bread being soft. Great place. Go check it out. A very welcoming restaurant.
We haven't been to Chili's in quite some time, and now we can't wait to go back! The food was great and came out quickly. Our server was friendly, knowledgeable, and took very good care of us. We both got the "3 for me" promotion which includes a drink, appetizer, and entree starting at $10.99. We opted for the sirloin steaks, which were $15.99. A whole lot of food for 2 people, and it was under $35.00! We will definitely be back soon!
