Very clean! All of our food was cooked fresh & hot & correctly. The double steak burger was so yummy!
Fries were fresh, patty was made with love, so buttery it was a mess. Top notch food. Window guy makes sure you everything you need. Keep it up, this is one of the better steak n shakes.

Haven't been to this location for a while and we were really happy with our meal. We were surprised that they no longer use wait staff, instead have self serve ordering kiosks (which are very easy to use) and the typical self serve beverage dispenser. While I'm a little disappointed with doing away with the wait staff jobs, their system works well and the restaurant layout felt modernized.
Burgers were huge! Lots of fries. Not busy. Place was pretty clean. Service was good. You are required to self order by kiosk. Kiosk asks if you want to leave a tip. Nothing tells you to get your own drink. They bring out the food & set it on your table. You busy your own table when you leave
Easy to order using self-service kiosk just inside the door. Quick, friendly service for food. Lots of seating, clean tables, comfortable atmosphere to catch up with friends while enjoying hot fries & cold shakes.
New favorite! Just moved here and stopped for a bite late night one night and go back every time we go to Walmart! Everyone is ALWAYS so nice and kind. Even late at night. They open later than like anything else around here and the food is ALWAYS banging! 10/10
Steak & Shake is Steak and Shake. Sometimes the food is decent, sometimes it leaves a bit to be desired. On our last visit the food was okay. The poor manager that was helping us was really stressed and overworked. Give that poor guy a raise!
I wish I can give it all five stars but they put in kiosks and took away the waiting staff which I thought was really more personal, and they added hours of opening at 10:00 a.m. instead of being 24/7 anymore. Just kind of little sour about how it used to be versus now. However the staff are always more than happy to help you and food is always amazing.
There is a little women that works there, named Evelynn. She is always courtesy, very helpful. She has awesome customers service skills, and always has a big smile on her face.
Burger was delicious but the eggnog shake had a weird taste to it.
