Excellent service, cozy place to chill out and relax especially on the front porch, friendly people and the food is amazing. We drive passed the place a few times a week talked about going in and it was a date for hubby n i and we weren’t disappointed. Highly recommend
We went back last night to eat in. Our entire family loved everything we ordered. Our service though was very subpar. I get that we're new to the area but we had to seek out refills and anything that we needed because our server chose to stay on the patio to chat with another table of hers. We truly felt unimportant to her and she sealed the deal when she didn't bother to say anything as we left despite looking directly at us. Again she was knee deep in conversation with another table.

We finally made it to the Core Bistro after seeing a lot of positive, as well as mixed reviews. Our experience was mixed.
The Core Bistro is a nice little place, nice atmosphere including a screened in patio. They also have a full bar which was a nice bonus.
The menu offers many options from burgers to boom boom shrimp tacos. I opted for the prime rib, which was flavorful and cooked to order.
With all that, service can make or break any restaurant, and this place is no exception. Our server was very absent throughout our visit, and forgot some of our requests. The place was not real busy and I could not say our server was over whelmed.
I hope they can improve the service.
Stumbled upon this hidden gem while in the area needing lunch and time to kill. Loaded potato soup was amazing, the salad is wonderful and the atmosphere is spot on. I will make a trip back.
Really enjoyed our meal and drinks with friends. All four of us enjoyed our meal and our server, Andrea, was fun. Prices have risen, like everywhere else, but the only thing I thought was out of range was the draft Stella Artois. $7 for what is essentially a domestic beer is steep. I'll drink bottled beer next time. Otherwise, an excellent experience.
This place hosts our big golf group weekly and do a great job with such a large group. Love the specials and half off wine bottles.
I eat here all the time. Never been disappointed by the food or the service.

All of the food came as expected. The chicken pita was amazing! The entire menu is very well crafted with stable ingredients. Enjoy some time with your family at a local restaurant.

Ermagerd, the Core Fried Chicken Salad was UHmazing! The chicken was SO moist and flavorful, and with just the right amount of crispy crunch to the exterior. The lettuce and other ingredients were crisp and clean, and the overall item was moist without being soggy, as a salads often are. Perfect portion size. Great price. Didn't eat in the restaurant, but it is very homey and cozy in there.

My girlfriend and I eat here once a week. Food is good, portions are on, and wait staff is friendly. The fish is usually cooked well and it's not overly fried or breaded. Daily specials can be surprisingly costly, so ask first if you care about that sort of thing.
Went for my dad's celebration of life and the staff was great. Didn't like the fact they started tear down pictures and food at 4 pm with an hour to go we paid good money for there service and I feel like they fell short. However food was great. Couldn't even get a beer at 450 pm wasn't suppose to even end til 5
