I'm from Flint Michigan and I am so bummed they closed the only Pizza Hut in town so when we're in Saginaw they have Pizza hut's all over so I visit as much as I can. The Pizza hut's we visit in Saginaw have all been great pizzas fresh hot and taste amazing I miss it

New app design is great and makes ordering very easy. Food was better than expected and done faster than stated. Staff was friendly and courteous. We will definitely be back. Great value!
Ordered 4 pizzas, they were made correctly, hot and in the 15 min window as promoted. . . . toppings were a little light for our liking (i.e. could have done better with the onion and mushrooms... barely seen any).

This world needs more people in the food industry like Shawn @ the Bay City mi. Location, great attitude, great smile & probably the best service I've ever had with a carry out meal.
The wait time was fast and was waited on as soon as I entered the building. The pizza was ready when I arrived. The four stars is due to I ordered light on the sauce and it did need a little more.

The online ordering and pick up was easy. The pizza was just mediocre. Not like what I remember from the restaurants.
I purposely ordered 3hrs ahead of time and still had to wait an extra 15 minutes for my order. The three girls working were doing a great job but I think they were under staffed. The pizza was good though.
