Their perch dinner with german potato salad was very good. The service was good. The cliental was older couples when we first arrived but by the time we left there were all ages.
Nice friendly family restaurant. Menu has a large variety to choose from but I always end up getting the perch dinner that comes with 2 sides. It's pan fried with light breading, so delicious! I ordered the regular size but they also have a large size available. We also ordered southwest chicken wrap and onion rings. Restaurant is family friendly and usually see an older crowd dining in here.
The perch was very good. My husband ordered a BLT and that was very good too. The service was great, the dining area and restrooms were clean, and prices were right.
My husband and I attended Berger's family restaurant for the first time and I must say we were really impressed with the cleanliness then when we sit down to order our waitress McKenzie who serves us with the utmost professionalism she gave us kind and generous service her voice her mannerism made our visit pleasant. Now to get to the most important part our food was delicious absolutely marvelous. There is so much I can say but to sum it up this restaurant is a must visit. We have given five Stars.
It was clean .friendly and well spaced. Our homemade soup was delicious and perfect for our chilly and rainy day. Love stopping here!
Very nice place. We arrived late from northern Mi. Got amazing beef barley soup and a huge Italian sandwhich. Bread was super soft and GREAT!!! I will literally drive anhour back it was that great.
Hands down best perch and whitefish in Michigan or any state I have visited. Good service, do not expect to be schmoozed by the wait staff, they are friendly and efficient. Always very clean and well maintained. Our go to for any occasion, just had our anniversary dinner as takeout, we ate it in the car. Best meal in town.
