Pizza Hut - Bay City - Photo album

I was "outside the delivery area" because I was 11 mins from the store. So I was going to order carryout but the daily deal could only be used online, but my order couldn't be processed online. So I ended up taking my business elsewhere.

I purposely ordered 3hrs ahead of time and still had to wait an extra 15 minutes for my order. The three girls working were doing a great job but I think they were under staffed. The pizza was good though.

Should be no stars.. online not working properly so attempted to call the local pizza hut to get only to get someone I cant understand from a call center?? Really?? Say what you want but an attempt to outsource local jobs to help cooperate greed and profits will only cost you more in customers. IF Y

Pizza was made just how I ordered it and they had no problems makin it as a special order wit half of the pizza ordered one way and the other half ordered a separate way and when ya ask them to go light on the sauce they really go light on the sauce so I give them 💯%

We ordered the family box, the ends of both our pizzas had nearly nothing in them. I ordered light sauce and there was way more sauce then there should have been. The bread sticks were hard.

Couldn’t use my debit card, kept declining it. I just went to chipotle and had no issues. No food sucks.

Great place to go for a meal for the kids when you have little time to cook. And the employees were nice 👍👍

Many favorite pastas have been deleted from the menu, i used to love cheese sticks but hardly get enough cheese to cover the sticks so purchase no more just a pizza is all we order anymore, still love the pizza..
