I have been visiting the Bay Minette location for the last few weeks, breakfast only. I had to take a moment to comment on the employees at this location. My total trip for ordering to checkout is usually less than 2 min. These ladies here rock. They promptly take the order, the order is ready as so
Weren't given a chance to review our order at the window, just immediately told to drive up and pay. No surprise that it was wrong. Completely wrong burger given and listed on the receipt. All burgers were barely lukewarm. This was at 12 noon so would expect fresh food during lunchtime.
First time trying it and I loved the fries. The burger was missing the onion rings that were supposed to be on it. Burger was just ok. It had a funny taste
Their supposed to close at 2 and I've been by there a couple times and they were closed 20 to 30 mins early. A shame cause I much rather eat there than any of these other restaurants. Tighten up Hardee's yall are losing business.
The wait time at the drive thru was really long(15 minutes)with only two cars in line and the order taker had an attitude. The bread truck had time to come and damn near finish unloading. This store sucked today.
Sandwhich was ice cold. Employees could not care less about there customers. I will never go there again.
This is a large fry, it didn't spill in the bag, it wasn't a med in a large box, this is a large fry. This wasn't part of a combo meal, this was asked for, paid for, and that's what I got.
