We dined in and our food was warm and delicious. The staff were very friendly despite the lunch rush. Our food was prepared in a timely manner so there wasn’t much of a wait.

The Chai tea here is always spicy and delicious..the soups ( tomato, butternut squash and broccoli cheddar) are great as well .
I just joined the sip club here, I enjoy being able to get a coffee in the morning, refresher for the afternoon, and a tea b4 I go to bed. I think it's a great deal.
Food is good . Service friendly. Just one note .looks like they need to clean vents in ceiling. Looking pretty neglected . Perhaps needs refurbishing up there

Food is good but unfortunately I didn’t see anyone cleaning tables after customers left specially now that we are all more conscious about cleaning and sanitation. Please improve this. I love your food but hire someone just in charge of cleaning.
Panera is an excellent place for a quick bite. The soups, salads, sandwiches and baked goods are all prepared well and of high quality. Service is prompt. Take out is offered and efficient with a separate pick up area. One note of caution; avoid the Panera on Long Island at Republic Shopping Center
I have been in many Panera locations in NY state and loved every one! The counter help is professional and friendly. The restaurants are all very well lit, safe and clean. Orders are placed and made right there as there is nothing I can see that is pre-packaged and sitting. I ordered the Caesar sala
