When doordash refused to give me a refund,dm due to "policy" reasons. even though the dasher switched me and the other person order, even though it had our names in big bold writing. This store was very understanding and the customer service through them is amazing.
Pizza and dishes are delicious and consistently on point. You can’t go wrong with anything on their menu. Their family meal offered during the week is a great deal too! I would love it if they offered individual pies.
I love the pizza from this place. The service is good, atmosphere is a pizza joint, and the staff is great. It's all about the food and this is why I keep going. Why 4 stars? They have the most disappointing garlic knots I have had, and I eat pizza everywhere on Long Island. The knots taste fine but they are garlic bites. I wish they would just make normal sized knots. I would order at least 6-12 with each pizza instead I don't order a single knot. Lost revenue for them. I recently was speaking with some Sayville people and I was speaking about the Uncle Benny's. They love it too and then they mentioned the same thing....The knots are the biggest disappointment. Please take this as something to change to make it better not a knock on the food.
The pizza is 👌🏼 top tier. Small spot but they crank it out. Had a little mess up with our order and they immediately acknowledged it and fixed it without question. Highly recommend. Thank you for the great food and service
In Long Island from Pittsburgh doing production work for a comedy show. Was craving some real NY style pizza but I'm not in the city. Holy heck is this place AMAZING. Their pepperoni is the best I've ever tasted, crust is perfect, excellent cheese and sauce. To top it off, the manager at the Bayport location called me to let me know it's coming Doordash but I ordered on their website - He said the dasher may not speak English, may not see my instructions for delivery so they made sure they wrote it down for him. Awesome, awesome place! Thanks!
Edit: Texts and spam from a pizza joint!!! I just wanted to order food, didn't know I'd be signed up to receive texts and email. Why can't we just leave it as a simple transaction between people in the neighborhood?
Ordered 2 heroes, chicken parm and eggplant parm, both were very good (Not the 1st time we've had them from here). Friday dinner, it was very busy but the food was ready when they said it would be which was 25 minutes from when I called for a pick up order. I love that, hate when they give you a time and then make you wait more when you get there, I'd rather wait on my couch.
I placed an order on Toast app for pickup, I didn't realize till an hour later cause someone else did the picking up for me, that one item was missing.
We called and they were actually going to bring it to us, but since we live about 20 mins away, my daughters boyfriend went to pick it up. They also added another order of the same item.

We also ordered the chicken Francese, baked ziti, the purse pasta and their pizzeria chicken, everything was delicious! We will be back, it's worth the trip!
This is my go-to Pizzeria for when I need to get a pizza. I love the sign that says “You Deserve Great Pizza”, it’s very delicious and highly recommendable.
Have been to the Bayport store several times. Consistently delicious pizza, a nice variety of slices. My favorite is the meatball burrata. Friendly staff. Try it! You won’t be disappointed!
