You Garden Xiao Long Bao - Bayside - Photo album

A. Real nice Chinese Shanghai style restaurant. It serves many of the familiar Shanghai style dishes, such as xiaolongbao, etc. But, it also serves many of the western familiar dishes such as Beijing duck and fried rice. Overall, this restaurant serves real authentic tastes and dishes.
For some great Shanghainese food in Bayside, this is the place. I prefer this location to the Flushing location. This staff is very friendly and not rushing you on the way out. Seating is reasonable, but I’d say going with 2-8 ppl max. To try the most dishes, go with 4-8 ppl family style. The food
Hands down the best soup dumplings in the area. The scallion pancakes are also out of this world and every time we must order the cucumber salad. Best bang for your back and always a great service!
If you like Shanghai style dim sum and snacks, this is one of the best restaurants around Queens for those. You don't need to travel to China for the closely authentic food. We loved the tiaotou cake, soup dumplings (original flavor is the best), crab meat soup dumplings, three-yellow sanhuang Chick
The food quality is excellent and stable. My personal favorites are fried bean gluten, port & vegetable wonton, and Peking duck. Service is also good. They are always nice and will suggest the proper portion when you order.
New fave spot for dim sum dinner! So friggin good! Staff is super efficient and nice, the host is hilarious. The house made hot chili oil sauce they have at the table is BANGIN!! Wish they sold it by the jar, I would definitely buy it! Absolutely love it here and love the free soup dumplings they gi
The atmosphere of this location is much better than the one in Flushing. This location also offers a free order of steamed pork bun per table and is quite tasty. The Salty Tofu Pudding bowl is only lukewarm which is disappointing. All other dishes are tasty but on the greasy side.
This was our first time dining here. We came on a weekday and were promptly seated. Weekends do get crowded...we waited 20 minutes for a party of 4. The restaurant was so good that we came twice that week. They give you a pager and a menu so that when you sit down you are ready to order and go!
Make sure to bring CASH! If you get $10 worth of food for dine-in, you can either get free order of pork soup dumplings or Peking duck baos equal to the number of people in your party. Delicious soup dumplings and very authentic Shanghai dishes. Overall, great food and great service!
Best Xiao Long Bao I had! If you are craving for soup dumpling this is the best place to go! The place will satisfy all your chinese food cravings! Plus if you dine in and spend $10 or more you get either 1 piece of peking duck on a bun or 1 order of steamed pork bun. Location: It is located on Bay
I really wanted to try Peking duck and my aunt recommend me this place, so I went there. They welcome us with tea, that came with a bit of ginger on the side. The menu has picture in it so is easier to choose. Everything looked tasty. After we order, they serve it us food in less than 10 min. The fo
We go there very often. Overall, the food and service are acceptable, and it is certainly better than many other Chinese restaurants in the area. I would give this place 3.7/5 stars. The steamed buns are always good to have. Most of the dishes are very good. Service is fast, and staff are nice too.
Forgot to take more pics. Food came out hot and we ordered turnip cakes, soup dumplings, salted sticky rice roll and salted tofu pudding. Everything tasted freshly made and delicious. The soup dumpling was free because they run a special if you order anything, you can get soup dumplings or peking du
One of the best soup dumplings in Bayside. But the menu boasts many more entrees and side dishes worth attention and a taste. This visit, I came with two friends that have never had Shanghai cuisine family style let alone tasting anything else besides soup dumplings so my plan on ordering was to sho
I went for the first time today and had a wonderful time. I didn't really know what to expect as the front of the restaurant is somewhat gaudy but inside was actually really nice. Very clean and tables were widely spaced apart. I really appreciated that the chopsticks had the disposable attachmen
This was an enormously pleasant surprise while I was working on a project in New York! I was just looking for a spot while walking on Bell Blvd, and You Garden caught my eye. The dining room was nice and clean, and the staff was very welcoming. The menu is extensive, and is filled with dishes I had
