This is one of the nicest DD I've ever been to. It's spacious with lots of seating. The place is clean. It has ample parking and a drive-thru. This DD is 24 hours. However if you go late at night, sometimes the workers are in the back and they may take a while to notice that you are waiting to order.
I am a long time dunkin customer and visiting this location all the time. Service level is on and off, however I had a great experience today. Visited with my two boys to get some ice cream and donut. Manager name Shana remembered service complaint from last visit and showung sincere apology and made my kids enoyable ice cream and donut day. Some people just apologize because that is their job but I can tell she showed the best customer service manner in my 30year dunkin customer experience. Thank you Shana. You made my day!!
Typical drive thru … fast service… I have been coming there for years and they never screw up my order…. So I would recommend
We stop by occasionally for muffins, coffee, of course donuts and ice cream. They have outlets for your laptop.
Update: Same problem in other area businesses: some people, specially when there are many customers, hug as a group the sitting spaces. It's not fair to small businesses such as this, nor to clients who really want to enjoy for a short time their purchases. I always had great service here and it tastes great. I hope those frequenting there don't abuse the kindness of businesses and don't linger on, specially with large groups. If you notice there is barely any seats left, please leave making room for new clients to enjoy their refreshments as well. This seems to be a problem recently in Bayside and vicinity areas at fast food, self service places.
