If you like Hong Kong style cuisine this is a good place to go. The curry beef stew is so tender and tasty. Shrimp dumpling noodle soup is just right. The rice pot with any kind of meat is the best this restaurant can offer.
Good food and good service , a bit strange to find egg in the beef chow fun ( 乾炒牛河 ).Even stranger is their promo deal, 5% off only if paid by cash ,5%......... Hmmmmm. I must say I was happy with my meal and will return . 7/6/2023 Returned to visit New York and had one of the best meals in a Long
Delicious HK style classic meal and tea. Food was amazing , especially the beef brisket noodle dish with curry. One of my favorite neighborhood Chinese restaurants. They have an 2 anniversary discount going on, give them a try.
Very good place for noodle dishes and clay pot rice. The beef in the noodle soup is so tender. The clay pot rice had the nice crispy layer of rice on the bottom! Make sure to eat the fried noodles while they're still hot and fresh because if it sits out too long it won't be the same. Will definitel
Affordable and authentic Hong Kong-style Chinese food. Pictured: steamed rice rolls, braised beef brisket over lo mein, and tofu and braised fish over rice.
This HK old street food style noddle and congee place is a nice found. It noddle is great and the cray pot rice is perfectly made with just a thin crust of crispy rice layer and the rice still soft and the chicken is really soft and tender. Congee I order was ground beef congee, taste was good
Service and staff was super friendly and helpful. The restaurant is bright and clean. Great HK style restaurant in the area. I ordered a bunch of dishes to share with a group of friends and EVERYTHING was delicious. I highly recommend getting the clay pot not a lot of restaurants specialize in clay
Pretty decent. The dumplings were actually really good, thin dough and generous filling plus no gristle! (Which is hard to come by) The Hong Kong lomein was good, but I do wish the brisket was trimmed instead of adhered to chewy fat/skin. It’s one thing when it melts in your mouth, but I’m not some
Great spot to go to for classic HK meals. Staff is friendly. Social distancing enforced. Started with HK milk tea and it was simple. Can't go wrong with it. I love their fried pork chive dumplings. Crispy on the outside. The insides were juicy and flavorful. The steamed rice roll is another HK class
4/15/23 - Great little noodle house. We ordered beef noodle soup and dumplings. A little pricey but good food. On street parking (metered).
Food is good and authentic, would visit again. Although this place closes early and rushes you out past 9 pm which I found impolite.
I've been here several times. The curry bread bowl is justifiably popular. The bread is toasty and goes great with the curry. The HK style little clay pot rice is excellent and quick. I don't like the stylish triangular plates and rice bowls. The service was polite and efficient.
I ordered a dish that I've not had in years, and it was great. The menu was big and full of my favorite dishes.
Great place to take you and your family for Chinese food locally in Bayside. Place is small so it's cozy and the prices won't break the bank and the food is good. There are many varieties of yummy stuff to choose from; such as, congee, noodles, or rice dishes. I recommend the rice pot dishes because
Great neighborhood joint. We had soup dumplings, braised beef brisket and tendon noodle soup, and chicken hot pot rice (which comes with Chinese sausage). Delish.
