Been coming here for years with my family, the service and food are the best :) wish I was able to find more pictures of my previous meals... their 짜장면, 군만두, 새우 깐풍기 and 탕수육 are my favorites since childhood. The 난자완스 is really good too !
I have been going to this specific Samwongahk for Korean-Chinese fusion for 15 years... consistent, good food and the best service ever. No other Korean-Chinese restaurant does it like this one. 👍🏻
It’s a great place, Staff were friendly and attentive Spicy Seafood Noodle soup was just amazing Highly recommend this place for good Chinese Korean food
We entered from the back parking lot entrance. Don't forget to bring your vaccination card and ID upon entry. For a Friday night there was plenty of seating. We didn't have to wait for a party of 4. For appetizers we got fried dumplings and sweet and sour pork. Not a lot of places give good portion
I love the service and the food always arrives delicious! I also very much appreciate that the kitchen is willing to customize orders ie: making an item vegetarian/vegan by taking out the meat and egg. Or substituting the broth for a vegetable based broth
It's not a big place compared to the flushing one but it has its own charms. The waitress who speaks both Korean and Chinese is very friendly. They have great noodles with vegetarian options.
Delicious noodles, sweet and sour pork is a must order dish. Very reasonable price and big portion. Good service.
We’ve been going to this restaurant for years. A great place for jjajangmyun and jjamppong. If you go during lunch there are lunch specials that you could get with fried or white rice, or jjamppong soup or egg noodle soup. The service is incredibly efficient and fast. You’ll get your food in minutes
This place has amazing food! I ordered the jampong and tangsooyuk. The jampong had a really rich seafood flavor. I tried some of the jajjangmyeon from my brother and it was really good and I highly recommend. The tangsooyuk was covered with gooey sweet and sour sauce on the outside and the inside wa
Good food but they need more waitresses because the place gets packed and they don't keep up with the orders to well. All in all is a good place.
This is the classic old school Korean Chinese Restaurant. After all these years from 1980’s till now. The food is still so good, hearty portions and moderately priced.
Tasty with generous portions. Noodles are great. Very chewy and makes you want to want more
Order their lunch special which is only 12$ Shrimp over rice with korean garlic sauce. Only before 3pm
Korean style Chinese food. Service is very good and food is very tasty. My favorite items are the fried chicken with sweet and sour sauce and the noodles with brown sauce. Prices are a little high in my opinion. There is a parking lot in the back.
So far, this is still the best Korean Chinese restaurant around. As other restaurants, I heard they have short-staff issues currently. I agree taste and quality went down a bit, but they still have NYC A graded with close to original taste. For me, this restaurant is a very good choice. Prices are n
My family and I either eat there or order takeout at least twice a month. We love the garlic shrimp, deep fried pork with sweet and sour sauce which we share as an appetizer. The boys love the noodles with brown sauce and my wife and I will have the seafood noodle soup which comes spicy but you coul
Prompt service. Great prep for delivery/ pickup. Ordered ahead to pickup for dinner on the way to Manhattan. Food was still hot and good by the time I got home through 35 min traffic.
