Justin did a great job in showing awesome customer service going above and beyond the normal service you'd expect at a fast food place. He was courteous and anticipated my family's needs and provided excellent service!

Dine in is available. Just strange why they don't offer prime ribs like other Boston Market in Queens. I was surprised by minimum staffing of only two people working in store? They don't greet you, you have to wave at them to talk to them, very strange indeed. Self serve Soda fountain is available.
