Dine in is available. Just strange why they don't offer prime ribs like other Boston Market in Queens. I was surprised by minimum staffing of only two people working in store? They don't greet you, you have to wave at them to talk to them, very strange indeed. Self serve Soda fountain is available.

I wish we didn’t have to receive any stars when such terrible service is received. Last night my husband and I ordered from this place. We ordered a whole rotisserie chicken, a side of bacon mac, & a side of Parmesan corn. We received 2sides of corn with a blob of cheese on top. No bacon Mac. And an ICE COLD chicken! The chicken had a gummy texture & was pink all through the inside. This chicken was not attempted to be cooked before being sent to us. We asked if they didn’t have what we ordered to please call us. They did what they wanted and sent the sides they wanted. The ice cold undercooked chicken was absolutely the worst part!! Just disgusting. Not only is that unsafe for anyone, but for me as a pregnant woman that is extremely unsafe. And just disrespectful to send someone’s meal to their home this way. People don’t think how would they like to receive something they paid for if it were them. Miserable people go to work & don’t know how to have common decency. I am truly disgusted. I had no dinner and wasted money. Whoever was working last night Nov. 16 2021 needs to quit their job if they dislike it so much. To think you can get away with treating people this way because it’s delivery. Shame on you

I've been a long time customer. The staff always been friendly and efficient. The roasted chicken is excellent as usual. However, I just returned from the store and I was shocked by many patrons not wearing masks. It was my understanding that you must wear masks to be served. The staff seem to be reluctant to enforce the rules. Very disappointed and angry.

I usually only order during the holidays, but lately on the weekends now. The home style cuisine served here just tastes so good. Friendly workers here too compared to other franchise stores I've been to.

The server was nice and friendly and he informed me about the rewards program. My food was good. I tried the chicken noodle soup for the 1st time at Boston Market. All was well with my meal. No complaints.

Friendly and good customer service. In and out in less than 5 minutes. Never tried the ribs. Had half a rack this time with dark meat chicken. Wasn't too impressed with the ribs though. Chicken seemed kind of small, but flavorful. Focused more on eating so the food disappeared before I could snap some pics.
