The staff in this location was particularly helpful and kind the day I was there. A mom was in there alone with her young daughter who knocked over a hot cocoa. The staff person was totally chill about it and got a mop while a new cocoa got made.

They're pros. Pick your pick and they'll make it for you. And they'll make it well. Likewise, the coffee is excellent quality. I have zero complaints.
