Most of the dishes we had were delicious with the exception of the fried calamari which was thick and rubbery. Our dishes came out piping hot and we didn't have to wait long after we ordered. Definitely more dishes to try out in the future and being on Bell Boulevard, you are paying for location, location, location. Their drip coffee was good, but overpriced.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but this place knocked my socks of with their customer service. I got my food within 5 minutes of ordering like clockwork. They also packed my food for me instead of just giving me the takeout container, very swiftly as well. Their bathroom was clean too. I had a great experience here!

Definitely check it out. As I'm white, I always get different service. However, it's still good. Very good bowl of Pho, the broth was good, and it was a nice looking restaurant.

The food is much better than many years agoWe hadn't been here since the last time when it just grand open. It wasn't that good back then. That day we decided to try it again and it's delicious. We had a very warm welcome server to servce is. We would like to come back and try other dishes

We had a satisfying meal at this place. The salt and pepper squid and pan-fried salmon fish were great. I'm definitely planning to return and try their pho. The service was good, and they were very accommodating to our stroller.

I mistakenly ordered chicken broth and our server, Karen, changed it to beef for me (free of charge). She was very pleasant, accommodating and understanding. My huge portion of pho was 10/10, as well as the spring rolls (like always). Thank you!

This was my first experience of Pho and it was not disappointing. Tip: a little spice goes a long way. The show stopper for me at this restaurant was the pork chop and white rice combo. It seems simple but the pork chops were tender and packed with a lot of flavor - 10/10

Pho Grand Bayside has truly captured the essence of authentic Vietnamese cuisine, and I couldn't be more impressed! The grilled pork has become an absolute favorite of mine. The perfect blend of flavors and the tender texture make it an irresistible delight. Every bite takes me on a culinary journey to the streets of Vietnam.
The attention to detail in their dishes is evident, showcasing a genuine commitment to quality. The ambiance is warm and inviting, reflecting the heart of Vietnamese culture. Whether you're a fan of traditional flavors or a newcomer to Vietnamese cuisine, Pho Grand Bayside is a must-visit. The grilled pork alone is reason enough to keep me coming back for more. Kudos to the chefs for their culinary prowess!

Haven't had decent Pho in a while. This place really hit the spot. Waitresses were very friendly and if you've been to other Vietnamese restaurants before, I suggest ordering the number 1 to compare. I wasn't starving, but adding a side of pork chops is the way to go. If you're there on a weekend, taking a walk around the area afterwards is also recommended to burn some calories.

The ambience to the restaurant is nice. Kind of like a sporadic find for someone who was looking for a new Vietnamese spot to try out. The staff was attentive, but don’t expect them to keep coming up to your table to ask if you’re doing all right. They seem to respect the client’s privacy unless called over. The restaurant wasn’t too loud and it wasn’t too quiet either. I could hear my neighbors’ conversation. Now, the food. I ordered crunchy spring rolls, pho (#1), and rainbow ice. My hubs and ordered pork chop over rice. As for the spring rolls, they weren’t bad, but I wouldn’t really order them again. It wasn’t as tasty as I thought it should be. Even with the sauce. The broth in the pho was extremely tasty. Make sure you have a glass of water ready to devour because you’ll be thirsty after drinking the broth. The rainbow ice was probably the only thing I ended up finishing. Thinking it was a dessert but more of a drink, it’s coconut milk with red beans and green string jelly mixed with shaved ice. It’s quite refreshing, and one of the best I have had compared to other Vietnamese restaurants. I cannot say with my own opinion about the pork chop over rice, but my husband said it could be better however, it didn’t taste that bad that he would not order it again.

Even though this place is not run by a Vietnamese chef but overall their food is good. The service is fast. All waiters are friendly. I recommend my friends from bayside area to come here for Vietnamese food.

Decent pho! Our food came piping hot. I got the #17. We were sat by the window and it was a lil too cold. Calamari was delicious. Not sure why they give you hot tea in a glass though. They should invest in lil teapots and cups.

Good atmosphere, not easy to find parking on Bell Blvd. Food was average, not the best I had in Queens. Good service. My wife said the food is better when she last visit. May be give it another try.
