They do a great job. One small complaint, The food is a bit bland, requires better seasoning. However, ever thing else was great. A very polite well spoken woman answered the phone and understood my order first go. Delivery was faster than expected. Portion sizes were better than expected. And you could see and taste the quality of the ingredients. Just a bit more seasoning. but I highly recommend especially if you like the blander side of things.

The food is actually quite good, and the chicken with broccoli and the hot and sour soup tastes delicious. Moreover, there is a lovely new lady (Susan?) who looks young and pretty at the front desk who is exceptionally kind and has better manners than other ladies before. I definitely plan on returning for her.

This is takeout for people who have real Chinese food as a reference point! Everything is reliably good. The beef chow fun is better than most places. Their lunch specials include weekends.
I ordered a small sweet sour chicken with white rice. Portion was nicely sized, showed up hot and packaging is vented so chicken didn't get soggy. Came crisp and hot. Sauce is good. Not overly sweet.
I order from here through UberEats every time I want delivery, and it's been absolutely perfect every single time. I've never been disappointed in the food, ever! Me and my husband get the Sweet and Sour Chicken Combo, the Boneless Ribs Combo, and the Scallion Pancakes every time we order, plus more if we can afford it, and it's always delicious. :)

Very good! Beef chow fun , it is delicious, orange chicken all very good.
This is our favorite Chinese takeout in this area, which says a lot. Chow is way above average across the board, but we really love their steamed pork dumplings, steamed shrimp dumplings and ribs. Although everything is great, these items are outstanding. We don't live in the area anymore, but we will go way out of our way to get Chow.

Normally I go to Flushing for the closest to Authentic Chinese food. Authentic is only to be had in China. As for take out places, Chow surpasses
the rest. 2 places on Utopia Pkwy [in walking distance from me] are awful. They were good years ago. The others are less than mediocre. Good fresh food at Chow every time I've ordered. One complaint, egg rolls did shrink and lack of flavor. Their eggplant with garlic is as good and better than any of the places including Flushing.
We are very pleased with this Chinese takeout. The veggies might not be the most finely cut, like a bit too chunky, but food is always fresh, tasty and of generous portion. We usually get our order in about 40 minutes, which is not bad. I especially love their sesame chicken. If you are ordering for more than 2 people, I recommend the family meals.
