The best price for Hong Kong Styles Food. The food is great. It gets really really busy during lunch time. So calling 40 min. ahead of time would be wise.

This Cantonese place is a staple for our family! Always here for their fried noodles/he fan.

Local take out joint with authentic Hong Kong cafe style dishes as well as Chinese take out options. I see many non-Asian locals ordering from the more Westernized menu (take out). And a huge following by Asians in the neighborhood looking for inexpensive HK Cafe style food. The entrees are all reasonably priced and the food is solid. I liked the HK milk tea (contains condensed milk). And I enjoyed the steamed rolled rice crepes. They are vegetarian friendly. Cash preferred but card is accepted. Note: during the pandemic, their hours have changed, it's currently 10am-8pm. Get there before 11:30am if you want to enjoy their budget friendly breakfast specials and sets.

A decent Hong Kong style Cafe run by a couple. Most food do taste authentic to their roots. Since it is only run by the couple, don't expect fast food. Price is just. Street parking, but I heard there is parking in the back, can't confirm.

I guess I came at a good time because I didn't have any of the issues with wait that other reviewers mentioned. I walked in to order a sandwich and milk tea, which I enjoyed. The sandwich bread was so fluffy and soft and a good thickness, while also being a full sized square without any crust. The milk tea was great too, with a rich color and good flavor imo. I didn't wait that long at all at 3pm on a Tuesday, and the man at the counter gave me perfectly fine service.

Authentic Hong Kong food. Good prices for what you get. Has about 4 tables if you want to dine in. The owners are very friendly.

Ordered catering trays from here for my kids birthday party, got so many compliments from all the guests. Authentic HK style cooking. Good portion to its price. The trays are well packed also.
We used to come here for brunch all the time when we lived in Bayside. The HK milk tea is my husband's all time favorite.

Small HK Tea House run by a lovely couple. Their food is delicious and reasonably priced with decent sized portions. Tastes like home cooking comfort food! They have parking in the back as well if you cannot get metered parking in front. Definitely worth the trip!

This is a small hole in the wall but the food is really good! It’s run by two people, which does make the wait for your order a little long but the wait is worth it. It’s all Hong King style comfort food. All but one menu is in English but the Uncle at the front of the house speaks English well. The pineapple fried rice with shrimp had big shrimps in it. The salt and pepper pork chop was tender and not too spicy. The French toast was great! It’s two pieces of bread with peanut butter in the middle and deep fried together with maple syrup on the side. Great guilty pleasure! I would suggest calling ahead and getting take out since the space is small and you can see the Aunty in the back cooking your order by herself.

Definitely should give this a try, especially if you love the hk cafe style dishes. The food portion is generous and tasted good. Had the curry beef stew, beef with broccoli, fish fillet in creamed corn, fried mini bun, luncheon meat &egg sanwich, all tasted pretty good. Hk style milk tea is good as well. Plan to have take out. Seating is very limited.

Tiny takeout place in the Bayside neighbor that serves very good food.
They have basic dishes on a standard menu but on the walls there are dishes that are common for Chinese community.
My favorite is the soy sauce chicken leg on rice and chicken with potatoes on rice.

I love their Hong Kong milk tea! They use actual black tea leaves instead of tea bags and they boil them in kettles that are the same as the ones they use in Hong Kong. They can get busy and sometimes you will have to wait a little bit if you are getting food, so my advice is to order for pickup.
