One of the only authentic Mexican restaurants left in Milwaukee. Manolo cooks all of his food using old Mexican family recipes. You get complimentary chips, salsa & beans when you first sit down...the staff is QUICK, the food is delicious (Bam Bam tacos) and the margaritas refreshing! The prices are

4.5 stars. Service was prompt. I ordered steak tacos and chile relleno to go. In house, their chile relleno is the best around - unfortunately, it didn't travel well and got soggy. The rice and beans were really good, and good salsa. The steak in the tacos was a little chewy. Overall good.

Had a nasty ac unit in dining area. No cheese dip? A mexican restaurant? Had cheese but wouldn't bring me plain cheese dip. Had a large group and made us sit in a small area. Hadn't turned the ac on, so it was hot the entire time we were there.
