We came at lunch time when the food was fresh and hot. They were steady pulling food out the oven. We were the only customers here so that was cool because there was no wait. The employees were friendly and nice as well. The restaurant was clean. The games only accept cards, not cash but I prefer that. The only complaint I have is that the bathrooms stink as if it's sewage or something.
Update since my daughter's now playing the arcade... the card machine in which gives put new cards on order to play the games was out and had zero in it....we told the guy at the counter and he searched for us a card and found us one to use so thankful for that.
Then the ticket machine in which give you tickets you win for prices, had a coin jammed in it so wouldn't dispense any tickets.... she told the man and he's now over there trying to fix it... so again, great employee! I would complain about something like this but this employee is working hard to fix the issues. Oh and also, the girls bathroom was out of toilet paper... when I was in the middle of using the restroom....buuuuuttt thankfully my daughter was with me so I had her get a woman employee to bring me a roll of toilet paper lol....
Went to eat cause it was my boyfriend 29th birthday 🎂 🥳 🎉

The soda was flat, all of them. The pizza was good and the staff was 5 stars and saved this from being a 3 star. If your going to charge $3 for a soda please make sure it tastes like soda.
I like the salad bar except they don't have any tomatoes nor cheese.
Specially pizza I requested was yummy.
Just like everybody else they went up on the price which I guess is still a good value except for the drink but I guess it is in line if you consider unlimited refills.
Great people working, always get food on time and also when I go into eat it's really clean

Clean and food was hot and well prepared! Sister ordered something but in the line and not only did they not hesitate, it was done quickly and tasted excellent!
This place has been here forever! I still think they have the best cinnamon type rolls around. Staff was very friendly and made my husband a delicious meat lovers pizza.
They had fresh choices and quickly made a specialty pizza we asked for. Kind and friendly employees and everything was clean and well stocked. The experience was a lot better than the last time I went there. Worth the visit.
Place is very Spartan adequately placed seating, still serving good variety of pies. Still can order special pies.
Best Cicis near us! The pizza were all fresh, got, and they made sure to have the bar stocked. Easy to get a kind you want made, just walk up and ask! Staff at this location is super friendly and on top of cleaning the inside. Most of their games work, a couple took of credits, the manager looked at them but ultimately said he wasn't in charge of them, so he couldn't credit our kiddos their 10 credits they lost...
Only complaint is the Women's rest room smells so bad of sewage that when you walk past the smell is literally oozing out from under the door! If you need to use it, you almost have to hold your breath while in there.
Usually hate this place and any other Buffet for that matter. That being said Food was hot and fresh which was an unusual but greatly appreciated experience compared to the "normal" rubbery cheese and stale bread tasting treats we usually receive. Hoping it's not just a fluke and the Cici's has upped their game...TBD!
Great food, Alfredo Pizza was the best, also tried the jalapeño bomers and cheesy bread sticks, what a pizzeria.
