Review Mcdonald's - Bealeton

Asked for well done bc they are always under cooked. This time I got well done fries but medium size. 2 sauce for a 10liece nugget. Drove home ofc same bull different day. I've worked open to close Wednesday then right back to open. I get home. Waiting on my friend to bring us MD. Waited in line for 20 minutes. To get old fries in one and half cooked in mine and not even to the top. That's what timers are for. I want a refund. Not wasting my time in the rain to go get hot cooked all the way fries after I've worked 22 hours in 2 days.

Very quick drive through service, even though they were very busy. They moved the line very quickly. My food was very good, hot/crispy hash browns, hot/juicy sausage mcgriddles sandwich. Great job!!

When I walked in, I could see they were quite busy. This one very tall lady was doing ALL the lobby business and doing it well and efficiently! She should be commended for her promptness and polite service. BTW, try the spicey chicken! 😉

I don't go here very often but my kids like Mcds so I go every now and again but it seems like every time I do go to this location something is either forgotten or underdone. *For some reason it won't let me post this review with pictures* 🤔 I went tonight and everyone was super sweet (which does not usually happen here) but I got to the window and just waited for like 8 mins or so (so I figured maybe I was waiting on fries but I was not told anything) I got a large and medium fry I got home and the large had the same amount of fries as the medium, somehow some fries were burn and some undercooked idk how that happens and my sons 10 piece only had 8 nuggets and even after asking for sauces twice and waiting for my food (I son and daughter got nuggets) I get home and have no sauce at all)

Went thru the drive thru with my 2 kids, ordered my food, which the person taking my order had an attitude when repeating my order. No smiles, hellos, thank yous. I sat at the window for 6mins watching the young boys "working" cracking jokes, ignoring me, before they asked me to pull forward to wait. The car behind me got their much larger order before mine came out, which I knew bc they tried to give me their order. When they finally came out with my order after a total of 13mins of waiting, I asked for some sauce (which they had not offered me) and asked for my receipt. The boy returned with a bag full of sauce, and told me "the receipt machine was out of paper". I drive home, which is a 3min drive, only to find that I have freezing cold fries, and they messed up one of the sandwiches... I have given this McD's too many chances... DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. GO TO OPAL!!!!

I've driven by this McDonald's location many times I've used the drive through window but never entered the restaurant but this time I was hungry, tire and ready to sitdown and enjoy a tasty McDonald's burger. Surprisingly this place looks very welcoming the colors and the furniture arrangements looks pleasantly appealing to the eye. The service was very good, very quick, smiles everywhere the food was as good as it gets from a McDonald's perspective. Will stop again hoping to have another enjoyable meal and great coffe.

Is there a reason that you are not greeted with more than "can I help you?" Very rude to say the least. Then after we pay not even a "thank you" .... and they want $15/hour??? They really need to work on customer relations here. Ice cream was good though 🙂

So many issues here. Rude, either food is undercooked or old. I have complained multiple times.

Terrible McDonald's. Save your self the hassle, and go to Opal. Your order will be wrong. God forbid you mention it to the staff, they are rude.

They always mess up the orders, people are rude, act like they don't want to be there. Terrible service, not really clean
