Review Joe's Italian Restaurant - Bealeton

Apparently it says under new ownership/management its gotten worse. Got pizza and dough is still uncooked and looks like they tried to fix a mess up. How can you serve something like that especially making grang opening.makes you wonder why they dont open until 4. Is it a cover for something else. Non the less keep away waste of money pizza is horrible wether its buy one get one or not. If its not edible what does it matter.

If I could give negative stars I would. I have given this restaurant chance after chance after chance. I have lived in the area for about 10 years and about once every 6 months I have tried to see if they have gotten any better.... NOPE!!! They are the absolute worst at customer service, the prices are sky high, and I even had a delivery person get verbally abusive when I only gave him a dollar tip when the pizza took 2 HOURS to deliver. Ive witnessed the poor waitress have to leave during her shift waiting tables, and leave to do a delivery, and come back to the tables she was still waiting on. I've had them upcharge me for years due to me having a midland address even though I am only 2.7 miles away from the restaurant. I've had them tell me to order my food ahead of time during the day around 11am so that it could be delivered later in day. The final straw was tonight when I tried to order a medium pizza, with 2 side salads, and side order of fries, I was told the total was going to be $36!!! What?!? Do NOT waste your time with this joke of a restaurant!!!

Super expensive. They don't have free refills because when you order a coke.. they give you a can of coke. Don't get any cocktails there either. The price for a domestic beer is the same as a watered down long island iced tea $8.75. This place is local, so I thought my family and I would check it out. Definitely not worth the $90 I spent there. Next time I'm just gonna go to Olive Garden. Less money, more food, tastes great.

I ordered my pizza before going to the restaurant, I was told it would be 15 minutes. I waited 40 minutes and still no pizza. Another customer was there & had the same issue & was complaining. When I finally asked how much longer, the manager came up & told me to stop harassing his employees (that wasn't me). He told me if I wanted it faster, I could go to McDonald's. I asked for a refund & he threw the money at me. Don't make promises you can't keep, I was patient & waited an additional 25 minutes. No way to treat your customers!

I have ordered from this place a few times out of desperation. The food is always underwhelming for the price. I live 2 minutes away and it takes them over an hour to deliver. The last time they completely forgot half of the order when the food was delivered which meant we had to wait again. The owners are rude. I have tried to order lunch only to be told it would take 3 hours before they could deliver....I would recommend going to any other place in Bealeton over going to Joe's.

Staff is wonderful and courteous. I can't believe Grioli's has better reviews. MUCH better than Grioli's in my opinion. Food does take a little while but everything is made fresh and you can taste the difference. The shrimp scampi is always awesome, with a good amount of shrimp (unlike Grioli's, which gives you maybe three small shrimp and then some random chicken instead).

I recently started working here and I have eaten here for years. I have to say these are the nicest and most genuine people I have ever met and they are so dedicated to giving there customers amazing food and service. It is truly an honor to work here.

They never answer the phone number listed in flyer and online. The hours posted online are wrong but they make-up the hours according to who they can get to show up that day! I have always enjoyed the food I have been able to get from them but definitely not worth the hassle... plus the management was rude when tried to broach my issues! Never trying again!
