Pizza crust pale and doughy (under cooked). Sauce was different than usual, overwhelming spice, couldn’t taste much else. Very disappointed in myself for choosing Pizza Hut over other local pizza delivery restaurants. This pizza ended up in the trash - waste of money.
The order took 35 minutes past the scheduled carryout time. Neither pizza was made correctly. We had requested light on the sauce and received the full amount
Very disappointed with pizza. 'Sparse' toppings on large pizza, poor quality bread sticks and ridiculous high price. Won't be ordering from there again.
Pizza arrived over an hour late. Was not hot, but somewhat cold. The cheese on the meatball pizza had slid off the pizza.
Usually this Pizza Hut is awesome but this time our Pizza was COLD!! They do not have a warmer oven any more they keep boxes in the delivery bags and this was not sufficient for keeping our pizza warm until I got it home
The delivery took super long. My tracker said the pizza was out for delivery and should be at my house at 6:35 and when I checked the tracker it was 6:52.
Make better pizza 🤷♂️ like once every 6 months or so I try yall again because when I was a kid it was great but the thin crust is just sad and that water you call pizza sauce is enough to make any Italian mad... the only thing yall got good anymore is the meat pasta and the Sicilian style square pi
