Review Papa Johns Pizza - Bealeton

Had delivery, 2 large meat lovers and an 6 cheese medium, taking my first bite of cheese and found a roach baked INTO the cheese! The store did refund the money however they have lost a very frequent customer! I was told they just treated for bugs but they really need to clean better!!! 🤮

Great customer service! They went above, and beyond, when I placed an order, and put in the wrong house number. Their delivery guy went back to the house that he delivered to, to try to get the pizza, I had ordered for my boys. The people refused to open the door for him. I was stuck at work, and was unable to bring my boys food that evening. Their delivery guy and this establishment, felt horrible, even though it was my own fault. They still replaced the pizzas, and made a second trip just to make sure my boys had dinner that night. You can't teach ethics and morals.

You have been "remodeling" for over a month at this point. At least have the guts to say your closing so I can finally stop hoping.

2nd time this has happened to me. I ordered an XL extra cheese pizza, with pepperoni on 1 side and bacon and banana peppers on the other. I'm glad I checked my order before I left because. What they handed me was an XL pizza with no extra cheese, no banana peppers on the pizza, but a hand full on the size pepperoni on the whole thing. I could tell it was not fresh. They are making me a new pizza. I am not paying 15 bucks for an old mess up pizza.

I'm very fond of pizza, so I order from Papa Johns often. The delivery has been delayed recently, so I usually just order in advance and don't expect it to arrive until an hour or something. But recently I've been disappointed in the taste. They seemed to have changed the sauce used on the pizza. It tastes more like marinara and I dislike marinara. I wish they change back to the original sauce. In addition, the cheese seems to lack salt. I plan to give them another try later because I finally earned enough points for a free pizza. If it still doesn't improve I'll order from Dominoes instead. But before, Papa johns was my favorite and I loved their food.

This is the first and last time I will TRY to order a pizza. Waited on hold for 7 minutes then used another phone to call again but they never answered. Horrible way to do business! I would give them a zero star if that was possible.

After being disappointed at Little Caesars, I figured I'd stop here since if I have to wait, it might as well be for something good. There was ONE guy named Mike who was running the whole place himself. This includes taking the orders, making the pizzas, and boxing them up. My entire wait time was about 15 minutes. I was really impressed with this guy's hustle and work ethic. A far cry from the kids that just collect a paycheck at any Little Caesars location. I'll certainly be back.

Called to see if there is any specials because they deliver. Guy said $30 for 3 pizza are you serious, thats not a special, thats a scam, then pay a tip of 5 or $10 for delivery. Papa John's pizza not all that great and not worth no $30. I can go to little ceasar and get 6 pizza's for $30 and they bigger, then the tip for papa john's delivery, that can be 2 more pizzas, 8 pizza for $40. . Wonder why people go out of business. Ridiculous. Little ceasar hear i come.

Placed an order for delivery and the order was incorrect on receipt. Not well done as ordered and did not include the toppings as requested. The chicken wings were suppose to be plain but came with sauce. Called and spoke to the manager who refused to replace the pizza and chicken, she became belligerent when I asked for the owners phone number and first refused to provide the owners phone number. After further discussion on the replacement she flat out hung up. Return phone calls were were met with cussing and threats that they called the police claiming we were harassing her. I have now had to contact the owner and PaPaJohn.s Quality for resolution......all over a pizza and some chicken. Very unprofessional and 0 Customer Service for a regular customer over the last 5 years
