Katherine was our server and she was perfect!!! That needs to be said first because she was quite possibly the best part of the visit. We were visiting from out of town and don’t typically go to chain restaurants when in from out of town. Tonight was no different, we were actually headed to a local pizza restaurant but when we passed Outback we thought prime rib sounded good and we like it at Outback so it was a safe bet. When we got inside half of the restaurant was empty and we were greeted with an apology because there was a 20-25 minute wait, they had a party of 30 on the other side of the restaurant and they didn’t have enough servers. We weren’t in a hurry so we waited. We got seated in 15-20 minutes only to find out that they were out of prime rib, bone in ribeyes, and rice. No worries we’ll have the regular ribeye instead. It was not a good piece of meat, lots of gristle (not fat) and the food was slow to come out. They would’ve replaced it but it wasn’t really worth the wait again. I’m sure that the kitchen was behind because of the big party so they get a break for that and Katherine made sure we had drinks and that all was well until the meal did come out. We overheard another server telling their table that they were out of 6oz sirloins and kids sirloins too and when dessert time came around they were out of the chocolate tower cake. As always we realize that everybody has a bad night and we will def give Outback another chance because we do enjoy it, just very frustrating. All of that to say it could’ve been a miserable experience but Katherine was awesome and helped us make the best out of a what wasn’t the best experience, I hope Outback realizes what an asset she is!

The food was good, and so was the service. I don’t know why this restaurant got a 2.5 rating on Yelp. They are much better than that rating. I would definitely go there again.

Great service!!. Very friendly!!. Food was good, not great. However appetizer was hot and probably the star👍. I ordered the salmon. My wife got a "Steak alfredo". It wasn't anything to write home about. We will most likely be returning, on the friendly service alone. But stearing away from the expensive items😛.

I could give service a 3; no one seated us or served us after we sat outside for 45mins for a party of 3 and were told 20-30mins. No one was rude but we felt a bit forgotten after two others were seated ahead of us .. We claimed a bar spot finally and the tender was fantastic. It's a shame I was traveling and left the receipt in the rental or I'd name her. Fantastic service after all made up for the waiting. The food was pretty good. Not what I hoped for for, but better than most places I normally go.

The food was really good, they took down the boothtop barriers making the restaurant feel less confined. I will definitely be coming back especially for the bar service from Makayla!
