Place is amazing. First timers for each dish: The appetizer is light but so tasteful. Each dipping sauce is different. The green one is more herbs while the dark one is sweet. Can't choose? That's okay. Try both at the same time, that will most definitely give your taste buds a favor to crave in the future. The lamb is soft and delicious full of ingredients. We requested no curry due to allergies and the business made sure to help us with ordering. (Thanks for helping keep us safe.) The chicken tikka masala is so good. The chicken is soft and rich with amazing sauce. Eating that with The garlic Naan bread is a match made. Even the naan bread alone is amazing. The vegetable rice is light and full of veggies that doesn't seem to over power but brings out the rice flavor. The white rice is light and fluffy and also simply delicious. The staff is helpful, sweet, kind, and welcoming. The atmosphere is peaceful, elegant and calming. Special thank you to the chef and kitchen for such an amazing dine in experience.

As soon as you open the door, you know the food is delicious!!! 😋 Buffet is small, but more than enough! Everything is 100% authentic and fresh! Highly recommend! Very polite servers. Lovely Indian music playing in the background. The little pancake balls for dessert - delicious!!

I’m not sure where I would begin. The moment me and my coworker walked in the door they were super super friendly and kind-kept a level voice was very refreshing. The decor was gorgeous and welcoming. In general the atmosphere was lovely. Service was fast and friendly. The food is another thing entirely. It is out of this world. I got the chicken Marsala while my coworker got the butter chicken. Large portions so you get your moneys worth. I took one bite and it was an explosion of spices and flavor. The garlic naan was super super good-paired well with my dish. Would rate higher if I could.

I do like a good Indian buffet-style restaurant and this place delivers! Great service with really attentive staff. Come hungry because you would want to try out everything they have on the buffet line!

The Rogan Josh and chicken 65 was different but still taste good. The mango lassi was on point. Overall food and atmosphere was great.

Great vegetarian food. When I arrived during afternoon, food was fresh. I didn’t do buffet but direct order. I got vegetarian thali. One of the best Naan bread I had, pretty soft, fresh, buttery. Chai indian tea was also pretty good. Service was also very good, adjusted my food for spices I’ve been to many Indian restaurants and this was one of my fav

Great Indian food. The veg thali is worth a try. The bullet naan is not for the faint of heart. The spice level in the bullet naan is extreme. So try it with caution. The place has buffet on weekends and priced around 18$. They have karaoke set up as well for Friday nite specials. The bar is decent and they have some domestic beer along with wine. They have some international beer as well. The service is good as well.

I went for dinner, I ordered enough food for about 3 people. They have large portions. Once you sit down they bring out what looks like a large chip, and two sauces. One taste like mint with cilantro and lime juice? It’s very good! The other sauce is a sweet and mild tangy with a slight heat. For an appetizer I ordered vegetable Sarmosa. They were filled with spiced potatoes, onions and peas. (3PCS). For my meal I ordered lamb chops. I ordered a medium spice, a level of hotness for medium, it was like an 8! Pretty spicy. The lamb was tender, so tender! I then requested yogurt which helped dilute spice. They were delicious! The lamb chops were laid on top of chopped potatoes and spices. I ordered rice cooked in Cummin seeds, onion and cilantro . Excellent! Lastly I ordered a bowl of Chicken Tiki Masala, (medium heat) also very spicy. It included white rice on the side. The restaurant was clean. Table setting has a romantic feel of you get one of the tables on the ends. Quiet music playing. The only thing I would recommend is to not ask me if I’m ready for the check, because sometimes I like to order desert. Other than that the waitress was nice and the food was EXCELLENT. I had plenty of left overs for the next day. Thank you to the cook! Everything was delicious and beautifully presented.

Great Indian food in Beaumont! Our party of three had papadams, pakora, garlic naan, samosas, kadai lamb, lamb vindaloo, and a veg thali meal. It was way too much food for one sitting, but everything was fantastic, and I'm already looking forward to lunch.

Looks like Taz has been making improvements and getting a face lift, I'm very impressed! I've dined in twice. My third time visiting, I ordered to go. I was slightly bummed that my husband wasn't with me because their dining room looks so beautiful compared to our first visit. I really love the atmosphere they have put together. The ladies are very attentive, and the food comes out pretty quickly. The chicken curry and chicken tikka masala are our favorites. If you've never tried Indian food, I would recommend trying those dishes first as well as the Naan bread. Delicious 😋

This place was so cool. The food was just incredible. We were the only group in the establishment, and it seemed like 99% of their business must be delivery & takeout as their service was rather lacking. The people were still very kind, and the food was just amazing. I regret not taking pictures Fr fr the next time I go I will make sure to take them. If you get the chance you should def eat here. They don't seem very accustomed to dine-in customers, but they're very nice and the food is so very worth it.

The flavors are incredible!!! Let me say that my love of Indian cuisine runs 30 years deep and as wide as this country, so imagine my surprise to find a place with as much flavor as some of my favorite spots! And since this wasn’t my first trip to Taz, I can speak on the consistency of the quality as well. Great job !!! I generally order 2 dishes I know and test the range of spices as well as the attention to details: Chicken Tikka Masala and Lamb Biriyani. These two choices let me know what to expect with others dishes like Rogan Josh and Vindaloo, which can vary quite widely between cuisine culture regions. The Tikka Masala was rich and buttery with the savory goodness I’ve come to expect from a highend restaurant, and if you’re wondering how spicy to order, I suggest “spicy” because while it bought out a nice bead of sweat from the heat, it wasn’t so hot that it overpowered the incredible flavors and actually complimented them nicely. Some places can get out of control with their peppers, but I found it to be perfectly balanced. As for the Biriyani, their use of whole spice in the recipe lent itself to a wider range of flavors with every bite being slightly different from the last, and in a good way! This is a strong dish with powerful flavors, so balance is key to keeping one of them from overpowering the others and I can say that this is the BEST Biriyani I can remember having from anywhere…and I don’t say that lightly. The portion was generous and I was grateful being able to have some left for another night this week. ;>] The Lamb Vindaloo I had on a previous visit was spectacular! (As was the goat biriyani!) And like the other dishes, whatever meat I chose was tender and flavorful in the blend…lean and plentiful. I would have no problem ordering blindfold off the menu, but it would be hard to not want to have these dishes again, lol!! The service was prompt and friendly, the place was clean and smelled heavenly when I walked in; a sign I never fail to look for when ordering Indian. So whether you’re dining in and having freshly cooked dishes or ordering to go, you won’t be disappointed: Indian food seems to almost be better the next day when the flavors have settled and blended. It’s a hard choice for me, so I always get a to-go order when I eat there. I simply adore Indian cuisine and Taz does it right! Thank you guys!!! See y'all again soon!

I would rate the very spicy chicken biryani as top-notch and incredibly delicious. The spiciness level was perfect, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Kudos to the chef for such a fantastic dish!

I brought my Indian coworkers here for dinner on a business trip and they stated it was the most authentic Indian food they had had while in the US. We've been to quite a few places and for them to say that is enough to tell the tale. The goat tikka was amazing as well as the chili chicken and the chai was fantastic. Worth a stop

Great authentic Indian food! My father in law is a first generation American from India, who loves to share his love of his country’s food and culture with the rest of us. My husband and I no longer live close enough to enjoy his food whenever we’d like, so Taz is a great taste of home when I want someone else to do the cooking! TAZ HAS NEVER DISAPPOINTED!
