Sertino's is a casual cafe serving coffee, tea, pastries, frozen treats, soups, and sandwiches. The best aspect of Sertino's is that they are open 24 hours a day, enabling you the convenience to stop by whenever you need a pick me up. Although locations now exist from Oregon to Texas, Beaumont is the original.
Wonderful Place. This place is fantastic. Great atmosphere, refreshingly good service, good food, drinks & desserts. Excellent place for meeting with friends to just catch up or even for small business meetings. I studied there a lot while I was in college too. Heck, my boyfriend and I even had our first kiss there! Love the music, too. All around thumbs up. Bathroom is always clean as well. Also an extra bonus: They're open 24 hours a day 7 days a week!
The only suggestions I have: MORE SEATING! I think they should knock down the wall beside them (I think that space was Discovery Zone a BILLION years ago). And more electrical outlets in the booth area for all those with laptops in tow.
I order a grande Mexican hot chocolate a mocha frappacino with half the amount of coffee flavoring and a large water. The very nice n sweet lady that helped me gave me suggestions of monkfruit sugar substitute. I didn't get her name but just hope this gets shown to her. She is definitely a gem to your facility! Thank you ma'am for everything today.
I'm not a big coffee person, but Sertinos offers more than that. The Baristas are not only friendly but very knowledgeable of their products. The coffee suggestion made by the young lady was very good . I believe she told me it was one of her favorites . The suggestions for sandwiches, considering my preferences and taste, from her were on point. The sandwich that I had that day was outstanding (thanks Kim!). The atmosphere there is one where you can either people watch, have small gatherings, or have private conversations with your friends. I have known the owner for almost 20 years when he opened his first location. I am very happy that his business has flourished as it has. He's a great guy!
Such a nice environment! Love the music, vibe and food. Not bad priced and love how I can get fresh food here! Also Kim is the sweetest!!! She knows everyone! She is helpful, gave me good recommendations and came to check on me multiple times and was so sweet! I hope I see her every time I come! :)
Straight up 5 in everything! I love coming here and the staff is always friendly. If you aren't sure on what to get, ask the batista for a recommendation, they usually don't disappoint there! My recommendations are: Chunky Monkey (iced, hot, or frap), Almond Joy (hot), Snickers (hot), and German Chocolate (iced, hot, or frap). For food, I suggest getting the hot BLT. It's nice and toasty and has cheese on it. I highly recommend this place to everyone, and I suggest at least going there once before you leave town.

Our 1st time here! Easy to find off 69 in a large shopping center. Nice sized cafe! Nice and attentive staff! Delicious egg sandwiches and hot and good taste house blends coffee! Give them a trt, oh and a few bistro tables outside! Nice outdoor if you bring a doggy if traveling!
The food always tastes great and is fresh. The reason I don't give them 5 stars is due to management. I've noticed a high turn around rate, and the high frequency of new employees has yielded less than par skillsets recently. This place used to be 24 hours, and I used to see a lot of the same baristas, but lately it's been new people every time. The manager needs to implement a way for debit transactions to add a tip. That small change alone could go a long way, in employees staying longer. They also stopped the rewards program, and for that I also visit less.

You can always depend on great coffee, fast service, and a great atmosphere here. Great place to get together with friends to talk and or to go by yourself and relax.
I come here almost everyday to study for my boards as it’s usually pretty quiet. Their mexican mocha (all of their espresso honestly) and their cheesecake is very good, and the baristas are so nice!!! Fair prices too. If you plan to stay and use a computer, there’s very few plugs so bring a power pack. I really enjoy it here.
I absolutely ADORE this place. They offer many things, coffee, breakfast, lunch, wifi, plenty of comfortable seating. The owner and workers are always very sweet and can put a smile on your face on your worst days. I have heart issues but still love my caffeine and they work around that issue so I can enjoy my caffeine and still keep my heart rate down. Highly recommend them!
Great overall customer service experience. Great location to spend time at if you enjoy breakfast early in the morning. In my humble opinion.

One of the best places to hang out if you like the coffee house atmosphere. They have great coffee, sandwiches, and smoothies. In addition you'll always find great service. I'm there every time I find myself in SETX.
I love Sertinos. Their coffee is my favorite in Beaumont. They have great food also. Tonight I had their vegetarian sandwich which was amazing! You cannot beat free refills on regular coffee.

Kim was our barista and she is spectacular! Wonderful coffee suggestions and a vast knowledge on her menu items so she was very easily able to make recommendations for my family and It's drastically different pallets, plus she also had the patience to allow our 2 year old to order her own "coffee" lol it was what she called a steamer for moms and dads wanting to get something for their little ones. Service like hers is difficult to come by these days. And let's be sure to mention that if you're a frappe person like me, theirs are smooth with NO CHUNKS! Be sure to stop by and give them a try!
