I've had 1 bad experience in the drive thru they took too long taking my order on a day shift but other than that the workers are polite especially the managers they smile and are friendly the inside was clean when you used the bathroom just wish it had something for the kids to do bc they love this McDonald's and my food is always hot

There was a gentle man in the drive through window he just seemed so happy to be at work and doing what he was doing and honestly that made my whole night. I had a rough day at work and his positive attitude made the rest of my evening!! My order number was 1329 I left at about 6:15pm! The gentleman was amazing you don’t get customer service like that at fast food anymore but this gentleman is setting my new standard!!! It’s true happiness is contagious!!
I love coming to our local Lumberton McDonald's! Always a pleasure to see Theresa at the check out/pay window. All the staff here so friendly. We mostly go here for coffee and a pie. You can't beat their coffee that's for sure, and it's the best deal you're going to get. Same goes for the frappes best steel you're going to get anywhere on these.
This McDonald's is the best one in town. Get your order taken quickly, get your food fast and it's good too. Oh and the people working here are nice and friendly.
I got the 20 piece McNugget meal deal. I only ordered the nuggets but I got a free basket of french fries as well. I went back in and asked if it was a mistake, the assistant manager said, "No it's because you are a military veteran. During the month of May would giving all military and veterans a free basket of french fries with every McNugget order over 20 pieces. Total price $9.74.
It's nice to treat yourself to some McDonald's every now and then, but this trip was regrettable. It took almost thirty minutes to get through the drive thru and once I got my food the fries were cold and unsalted. Talk about a bummer. My crispy chicken sandwich was delicious, however. I'll try this location once again and the fries better be right next time!

There are 2 drives to place orders and very quick and efficient giving correct food to correct vehicle. Safe area where I was comfortable to eat in my car in their parking lot. No obstruction from drives for easy access in and out as well.
Always love eating at McDonald's, especially the McDonald's fries. They're the best. That's the only place I buy french fries from.

Hard to give Micky D's a high grade. The nature of their corporate fast food can't be changed. However the staff here is top notch. Making the experience nice. Very professional. Quick service.
