It's a brand new store with clean bathrooms and a very nice lobby. This JACK seems to get your food to you faster than the other burger places in town. The prices are very affordable!! The staff is really friendly and quick to provide customer service!!
Whoever is working at 750pm, on 6/14/22 is high out of their mind. I refuse to eat anything they make. It was a young male. Also a young female with long black hair was outside laughing. Very unprofessional
Kind of curios about the marketing team naming the "good good sauce". Always a fun time visiting Jack and seeing the creativity they bring in menu or items.
Food was, hot, delicious and this location has a gorgeous view of Mt. San Jacinto from the dining room.

Jack in the crack use to be the spot in the early 2000's. It was what's expected. Thanks for the hot and crispy fries. Whoever is in charge of the drink dispenser of infinite drinks. Drive thru customer service was great. Service time was slow. It was like they didn't start your order until you got to the window and paid.
