I also want to thank Red Robin for the wonderful meal for teachers today! It was such a nice treat and I know they were slammed when I went in tonight. The staff handled the huge crowd very graciously and were cool and calm under such pressure.

Red Robin is an excellent place to go if you want a great burger made your way. I'm a very picky eater when it comes to my meat preparation. Red Robin got it right the first time. Thank you!!! Let's not forget that it was my birthday treat on Red Robin which meant a lot. Thank you again for the delicious meal and great service. That peach tea was incredible.

Its something we enjoy and one of the only places I can get a great gluten free burger that pleases me every time. The staff even ask me question about my gluten sensitivity to be sure. Thank you!
That was my first time eating there and i must say the people were great and the service is fast. Hares off to the staff for a job well done. Get the fish and chips.

The turkey � bugers was delicious...Top with Swiss cheese and plenty of mushrooms� to die for with bottom less salad....Red Robin Mmmmmmm

Wasn't too busy so I expected better service than our last visit to a Red Robin in New Jersey several months ago. Our server was very friendly. She was good at first then started to get busy it seemed due lack of table presence after dinner was served. It took a bit of time to clear away french fry baskets that we were finished with.
Burgers were much better than our last visit. They were also made to order and cooked to proper temperature. Garlic Parmesian French Fries were crispy the way fries are supposed to be. Refills were offered and ordered to which they came out crispy again instead of old and soggy like several months ago.
Dessert was Mini Cinnamon Sugar donuts that were accompanied by Caramel and Chocolate dipping sauces...DELICIOUS
What would've made overall service better would've been to see the Manager come around and check on tables. Its nice to see their presence on the floor instead of being wrapped up at the host stand.
What did impress was the hostess. She was seating, packing up to-go orders, helping on the floor non stop.
I will return...
WOW! I just had one of the best restaurant experiences at the Bel Air Red Robin. My food came out quick and hot AND everyone was super nice. The manager Brittany came to our table to make sure everything came out correctly and that is something you do not see very often anymore. She was very helpful and after our meal we just had to thank our server and Brittany. I will highly recommend this establishment and we will be returning!

They are kind and I can eat fries as much as I want. Swiss 🧀 is soft so that It came to my mouse like water !
The restaurant is very clean, there wasn't a time when I've came in there and it wasn't. I dined in with my daughter, there is staff to greet you at the entrance, my daughter always asks questions and loves to "makes friends" so of course she was conversing with them before we got seated. They didn't mind at all. 😊 the waiter Delaney, was great. Always checked in. Even if you didn't have your second drink right away (you know how usually someone else brings refills) Delaney always came back through, checking to see if everything was in order. And we got everything we asked for. As you know, you don't get that everywhere..so it was appreciated. Shout out to her. 💯 the food was nice hot and fresh, it is Red Robin, so you don't have a huge variety in the menu but the burgers were made how we wanted them, well done, fries were crisp, of course you have to get the onion ring tower. Crispy. Hint: if you take any home, put them in an air fryer or oven when reheating. Good luck!
Service was great, food good. The portions of fries served are extra small. It's bottomless, but the start you off with half what you used to get, a few years ago. Then when you reorder you wait 15 minutes for a new 1/2 serving. Just not worth the wait for a 3rd round if you want more than what you used to get before bottomless fries became a thing.
Burger could've been prepared with more detail, I had different tastes on the Smoke & Pepper burger.
Fries were cold and had to order another batch, which is a good thing the staff brought the second batch very quick.
Good food. Good service. Jo behind the bar is a delight. Affordable without sacficing taste. Wonderful accents all around the building.
