Friendly's - Bel Air - Photo album

Don't expect Friendly service as an employee at this location. The hostess and our waitress were hospitable towards us and the food was fine, but the manager was horrible. The restaurant isn't large, and she sat in the front, barking orders to employees and discussing schedules and upcoming events w
We had the worst dining experience here last week. The service was lousy, the food cold and inedible. Our waitress ignored us. It took 2 1/2 hours for dinner and ice cream. We had a nice time eating dinner and our server Lynn was so pleasant and attentive to our needs. She truly knew about "Customer Service"!
I had a side salad which was fresh and plentiful and a bowl of clay chowder which was thick and creamy and full of chopped classic and potato. The only thing I didn't like was paying $3.99 for a glass of iced tea. Service was wonderful too.
Fun to visit for a large, or small, treat. Great to walk the Harford Mall square footage on a rainy weekend. We might as well use the space
The workers at friendly’s work so hard for what they do. Not to mention, personally I think their food is amazing especially the mozzarella sticks.
Friendly's is not known for their service but today was excellent. We did not wait up front for long to be seated and the server was there every time we needed. Our order was taken and prepared quickly. The longest wait was on my 4-year-old to eat her food.
The food is so good but omg the smell of this place is so unappetizing. It smells like a stale dirty dishrag. And then the bathroom, the smell is so bad I was gagging while washing my hands lol. Once again, the food is great but it's the unclean smell of the place that kinda ruins it.
