Food was very good and the two guys working the front end were very polite. I rarely see good traits lile these in fast-food these days...

We're delighted to eat here! One of our favorite people working there is Chris. He made us feel welcome, was patient while we decided what we were having and came to our table to check on us. He's a real asset there. And the food is good too!

Fantastic food and service. Great selection to choose from for meals and dessert. Our food was cooked thoroughly and was fresh. Bathrooms and restaurant are clean. Great hang out for the kids (AKA Teenagers with adult supervision) Good location, right off the highway. Easy to get to.

They got the order correct. Ice cream there is always good. Burgers are bland, maybe put some salt on it and definitely put more sauce on it. 1 tiny little squirt of sauce doesn't cut it. I don't need people to be extra nice to me but the boy taking my order at the drive thru was a bit rude. Fr

Good DQ food, fast service, friendly staff. But there is no outdoor seating so leave the dog at home. Small dining area as well. Overall good for a Dairy Queen

Fast good service. They did mix my order up and they realized it and chased me down in their parking lot to fix. Never had that happen before. As far as I'm concerned excellent job.

I have ordered 3 custom ice cream cakes in the last 3 months and have not gotten one to my specifications. If my request could not have been met a courtesy call from the decorator or the manager would have been excellent customer service. Instead I was not aware until I arrived to pick up my order.

This place is pretty much a cult classic. If you live in Bella Vista you most likely eat here several times on a repetitive basis. I know my entire family has for many years. We love it
