Dining at Din Tai Fung in Bellevue, Washington was one of the best dining experiences in my life. I recommend all of you who are reading this comment to dine at Din Tai Fung one day to undergo my experience. Not only was Din Tai Fung’s food incredible, but also the outstanding service that makes you feel truly valued as a customer. First of all, I truly enjoyed all of their dishes. From steamy soup dumplings to mouth-watering beef noodles, these two dishes are Din Tai Fung’s signatures and my absolute favorites. Order at least one of them to maximize your experience! In addition to their exceptional food, Din Tai Fung’s employees conduct effective customer service even in the face of emergencies. For example, my waitress responded promptly to my messed up order by bringing a new bowl of beef noodles within a few minutes and reassuring me the beef noodles were on the house. All Din Tai Fung’s employees treated their customers with genuine care, making their service stand out from most Chinese restaurants out there. From their amazing food to incredible service, Din Tai Fung exhibits unique qualities that deserve to be commended. As a hospitality student who currently studies food and beverage in Cornell University, I believe I am in a good position to say that Din Tai Fung’s dining experience is truly one of a kind. For that reason, I ask every one of you to give Din Tai Fung a try. Trust me on this!

The food was delicious (I had the Vegetarian Fried Noodles and a Strawberry Smoothie)! The waiter, Tommy, was very attentive and polite. Though the wait was long for a table (busy Saturday night), the wait was worth it in the end! :) 10/10 would definitely recommend and return.

Excellent service and food. We shared ten items from a huge menu. Loved everything. My least favorite was the greens: garlic bok choy. The shaved ice was a great ending and the small size was more than enough for the three of us.

My daughter insisted that we go here for her birthday and we weren't disappointed! Arrived before 7pm, during Snowflake Lane, and was told it would be 25-30 minutes for a table for 6. They called me in 20 minutes and told me the table was ready, but I was still waiting on a couple family members to arrive. I was worried that waiting an extra 10 minutes would lose our place in line, but they immediately sat us when we were all there! The food was great from the beef soup, pork buns, green beans, fried rice, dumplings, everything! The only down side is that beer and wine is spendy!! Will go again for sure!

This is a must go to spot everytime we visit Seattle. Great that there are now 4 locations. Xiao long bao, spicy pork wontons and potstickers are a few of the crowd favorites.

Din Tai Fung is horrible!! Only because after my experience with them, everything else is sub par and my whole outlook on life is irreversibly skewed. 😘

Always a hit! Anytime I stay In Bellevue, I make sure to stop. The wait is a little long and ideally I’d love the option for reservations but worth the wait. The food is always amazing! Hoping for one to open in PDX!

We had an excellent dinner here, on our last night of our vacation to the Pacific Northwest. We ordered so many different things, and loved every bite. We arrived for dinner at 5:30pm to avoid long waits, and were seated within 25 minutes. This was on a Saturday evening. The place was packed and loud, but we were not there for the ambiance. The soup dumplings were excellent, along with the fried pork chops. Fried rice was excellent, pork bun, green beans, shrimp dumplings, minced pork noodles...it was so good my dining companion posted her dinner as a life event on her Facebook page. I eagerly look forward to returning next summer!

My boyfriend and I came here for dinner tonight. It was my first time and he’s been to a few other location ones. We got the sweet chili ribs as an appetizer, which came out within 3 minutes of ordering and they were on the colder side so I imagine they have been sitting out. Which we were upset about that but they did taste good, on the sweeter side tho. We also ordered garlic green beans which were like crack!! You seriously can’t stop eating them and they give you enough for at least four people. Then the pork fried rice was so fresh and light. Great flavor and hit the spot. Last we got the pork soup dumplings, smaller than I expected but good as well. I wouldn’t say outstanding but good. All of our food plus one large beer came out to be $71.83 so it’s a little on the expensive side. If your going with a group of people or for a special occasion this would be the place, otherwise I’m sure you can find just as good for cheaper. Except for those garlic green beans! The best I’ve ever had! 4⭐️ For the cold short ribs, price and also for my water being empty for half the meal, wasn’t filled back up until we got the check.

We have had a lot of people recommend DTF to us. For the first time we were able to make it here and it was worth the wait! Excellent for, both in taste, texture and was perfectly cooked. We will definitely be back.

Saturday rainy evening calls for Dim Sum 🥟 We ordered Vegan dumplings, Chicken dumplings, fried Chicken Wantons, fried vegetarian noodles, egg- mushroom- fried rice and dessert chocolate dumplings. Sorry for half plate photos! We were extremely hungry and started galloping hot- steaming dumplings and food 🤪 Everything was served super fast and piping hot. The waitress was very helpful and shared dipping - spicy sauce making proportions with Soy Sauce, Vinegar and red chilli paste. This sauce made entire food so tasty and yum. It was worth to wait for 1:30 hours for walk-in reservation for such a delicious food.

Not too impressed with the food there. Overall everything is good but lacking of the “wow” factor. Service was good also. Make sure to make reservations or come early. There’s always a line

Late post 2/9/2022: I've visited every location in California. First time to dine-in in Bellevue, WA. Staff is super thorough! Consistent taste and quality of the food. Worth it!

Wowzers, tasty menu and very good service. Beat the crowds and come early. Or set your reservation a day or two in advance. Not at all spicy, just flavorful. The cucumber is a great palate cleanser between dishes. The baby ribs is delicious. Finish up your meal with the red bean and sticky rice.

The Vegan dumplings are my fave, and I'm not even Vegan! I tried the vegan dumplings with my boyfriend at the Din Tai Fung back in San Jose when I lived in the area, and made sure he got a reservation here with his parents when they came visit. They ordered a bunch of chicken and pork and vegan wontons and dumplings and soup dumplings too, and enjoyed them all. The green beans really took everyone by surprise. Very well loved across the table. The only let down was the hot sour soup. I couldn't make it to the dinner so my boyfriend got me vegan dumplings home. Had them the next day for lunch and they were just perfect! Just slightly steamed them over a pan and indulged in the entire thing! Can't wait to go back and try more of the Vegan stuff!
