We have a new fine dining restaurant in town! It’s going to give El Gaucho, Canlis, Herb Farm a run for their money..or yours. Amazing food that you eat with your eyes as well as your stomach. Beautifully presented which meets the stunning 360 views. Food and service is top notch, despite just opening. They’ve seemed to have worked through the kinks prior to opening to the public. You won’t be disappointed, although your wallet may...but it’s totally worth it!

We really enjoyed our 1st experience at Ascend. The Service was Amazing & the food was Perfect. We were fortunate enough to have a table in the N. East Corner Window & the View is Unbelievable. I recommend the Lobster Bisque, Pork Belly, Seared Foie Gras was out of this world & the Filet was cooked to Perfection!!

Wow! Just ate there for the first time. Definitely will not be the last time. If you're a "foodie" you will not be disappointed. Awesome food, service and, of course, the view. Can't wait to go back.

I loved everything about this meal. The service, the view, the food, the drinks - all excellent. The waiter was helpful and friendly without being obsequious. The food was delightful and allowed to speak for itself without drowning in sauce or seasoning. The flavor pallet here is subtle, complex, and balanced. If you like to be slapped in the face with butter, garlic, and salt then this is not for you. The drinks actually taste like you imagine an $18 cocktail should taste: premium ingredients, balanced flavors, obviously refined over hundreds of pours, and served with flair. The smoked Washington cocktail was the first of many I've tried that pulled it off without having the drink taste like a day old campfire. The ambience is really unmatched in Bellevue, with great decor and furnishings clearly intended to maximize the impact of the beautiful views.

This place is amazing! Very good dining experience beginning to end. The restaurant is on the 31st floor which gives you a view of the entire city all the way to the mountains. The service was A+ from my experience, the server Minh was just on point. He made the experience worth it. The food is really good, great selection of steaks. Very good drinks, had a few and they were pretty much on point. Unique selection of deserts, which was pretty awesome. Presentation of the meals was excellent. Overall I highly recommend it, the price point is high but worth every penny. If you're in the area and want to impress anyone, it's worth a try.

On 31st floor with a panoramic view of the city this place is super fancy. All the dishes were made and served fresh. In case you’re wondering it’s a steakhouse, you get vegetarian options too. We had Spicy citrus avocado rolls which were so fresh and light. The beets salad was so creamy and delicious. The roasted chicken was so juicy and paired well with the fall vegetables on the side. For my birthday they gave us free dessert and we ordered Skyfall, it was an experience to devour those treats. They also had a starter bread plate with creamy french butter. Loved it. The servers explain every dish in detail and that is very helpful.

Ascend is a lush experience you should treat yourself to. I personally loved everything, except for the free bread service, there was three bread selections of which no one in my party liked any of? My husband and I went and splurged on the porterhouse steak, which is something we have regularly ordered at expensive restaurants, especially ones that get their meat from snake river farms. I do have to say, that for the price point I was disappointed in the quality of the beef I received for $120, it was very fatty and not trimmed. That being said, my father ordered the burger (not pictured) and I tried it and I would 10/10 come back for that and the fries. My sister who went with us is a vegan and she was pleasantly surprised by their additional vegan/ vegetarian menu, and we all loved the spicy mango avocado roll and jackfruit crab cakes. The dessert service here is so lovely, and I went on my birthday so they gave me a free dessert on top of the two I had ordered. Expect to spend $100-$150 per person in your party, so I would recommend exclusively dining here for special occasions. I see myself going back, but irregularly due to location and price.

I took my fiancé here to spoil him a bit. ❤️The hand rolls we had in the bar were absolutely amazing, the steak was on another level, the desserts were magical, and the service and view were utterly unrivaled. They took a lot of care to provide me with a gluten free meal, and I had no incident. We even got a few sushi to try at the end of our very large meal and it was so good that we were still impressed with full stomachs! Try to get there at sunset for the view! We arrived early and sat in the bar before being taken to our table to take it in.

Your view is amazing from the 31st floor. The food is really superb. The filet can be cut with a fork and was the right amount of seasoning. The pairing of the garlic puree potatoes brings out the flavors of the steak and potato. I would pick the pork belly for your starter. The juice this is bathed in is so good you could have a glass of it. Then as you wrap up your evening the strawberry sorbet over coconut flakes is summer in a spoon. That strawberry flavor just pops. The portions of everything allows a single person to have these 3 items without feeling stuffed. This is one favorite place and a must if in the area!

We went to this restaurant couple times since they opened and each time it has been an incredible experience. It is very pricey so this is to consider for very unique occasions. This is our best restaurant in Bellevue. Dishes are prepared with detailed attention. The view is breathtaking. The floor plan is very open. Service is excellent and attentive. They have a great drink selection. Some of the desserts are amazing both in presentation and taste. I highly recommend the Magic forest chocolate dessert.
