Noble Court Restaurant - Bellevue - Photo album

This place recently changed owner, and had a dramatic change for food style. Unfortunately the quality of food has gone down the hill. We used to come here for dim sum on weekends when I visit Bellevue. Their food is OK as a Richmond (south of Vancouver) resident , but service is fast and good. We went there today, I noticed they gave us used disposal chop sticks. I asked to have either plastic or brand new disposal chop sticks,
