I tried other flavors but this one is my favorite coz of the crunchy pecans & almonds! It's a small area hard time to find seats, especially after the mall close otherwise you can seat anywhere you want!

Yummy ice cream with so many flavors and combinations. Signature creations are very different and best in taste...😋 bit expensive if you go with big cup with waffle in it.
Awesome service! Super friendly dude who helped me sample the flavors and also told me about the berry berry good signature which I didn't realize was still a thing. Brings back childhood memories.
Coldstone! Delicious hand mixed ice cream. I got french vanilla with fresh bananas mixed in! It was fantastic. I have also had their birthday cake and it's also good just very sweet.
I ordered a custom cake from this location about a week ago. When I arrived, my cake was unfortunately not ready. However, the location owner was there, and he immediately apologized and went above and beyond to fix the error. He personally delivered the cake to my house the next morning, in advance of when we needed it. I live about 30 mins away from this location and that did not change his insistence that he would bring the cake to me. This was some of the best customer service I have experienced. I see some recent reviews complaining about slow service. People need to keep in mind that there is a restaurant and service industry staff shortage across the nation. Have some patience and appreciate the staff that are showing up.

Years ago, I visited this Cold Stone location and was witness to some of the worse management I have seen. The manager was berating and putting down an employee to a whole other level. It was so bad I said something, did not buy ice cream and left. I have not returned for many years.
I decided to return today while taking my injured son out for the first time since the injury to ice cream at his request. We could not have had a better experience. Greeted and helped by Justin, who was so kind, patient, and accommodating. My son had a wonderful, uplifting time, and we all left smiling.
Many people in customer service today are short-tempered, impatient, and make the customer feel bothersome. This was not the case here. The service today was refreshing, and on and beyond ordinary, and because of Justin's fantastic customer service, we will be returning. A little kindness goes a long way. Thanks Justin!
There are plenty of choices for ice cream here at Cold Stone all of which are delicious and a perfect treat on a warm day. The last time I went here I bought an Oreo milkshake which was great!
Everyone who works here is incredibly friendly and not just in a customer service way. The people are attentive and patient.
I would absolutely come back to this place.
