I never imagined I’d be able to eat a bento box at Nordstrom growing up so this experience was a delightful novelty in itself. You pick from three different bases: salad, rice bowl or bento box and your price is based on the protein you choose. There are vegetarian options too. I enjoyed a bento box with salmon. I also need to bring my kids next time to try the kids’ meals.
