TIP: Starbucks is offering veterans and a free 12-ounce coffee to veterans, active duty military personnel and their spouses on November 11th, with proof of military service.
There's so many coffee shops within a two block radius of this one, my office is in the Bellevue City Center so I typically will go to that one. But, on the offhand I have a little bit more time, I'll make the walk over to this one. The nice one about this Starbucks is that it shares a very large seating area with the rest of the building. Unfortunately, there's been some very obtrusive homeless people yelling about in the lobby area - security is usually there, though. The chairs in the lower seating area are often quite dirty, I wonder how often they wash them. This Starbucks can also get pretty slammed, it has slightly longer wait times than most other Starbucks' that I've been to. Mobile ordering is probably the better way to go.
Key Center Starbucks is a beautiful store. Newly rennovated, lots of seating and windows. Even on a dark winter day it is bright and inviting. The baristas are fast and friendly. One of two stores next to the Bellevue Transit Station. They have the usual morning 9ish and a slightly later lunch rush 1ish and they are also quite busy around 3pm. An upbeat place to hang out. Free WiFi.
