Such an amazing restaurant 😍 the beef and steak pho is phenomenal- so much flavor and ginormous portions! The meat is tender, the noodles perfect and the veggies you get on a side plate to add (bean sprouts, sliced jalapeno, cilantro and lime wedge) are all fresh and aromatic.

Got the spring rolls, while eating one I noticed a shrimp in another roll had a black tail. The feces was also still in it. Looked at the other shrimp in the spring rolls, they all had feces in them still. Shrimp was not cleaned properly, very disappointed.
HERE'S THE THING: the food is good and the staff affable, but the restrooms are ALWAYS filthy. Dirty sticky floor and overflowing garbage. My husband says the mens room is just as bad. Constantly. Makes me wonder what kind of conditions are in the kitchen.

I like eating here because it is convenient pho to me. Not the best, but still like it. Today, I just didn't quite get the flavor in the soup and also they mess up my order. I'm just disappointed. Just wish that they pay more attention to the food they make, don't want to lose a favorite.
