Nacho fries are back! The line moved pretty slow in the drive thru but my order was hot and accurate.

The line was very slow. About 6 cars in front of us but waited almost an hour to get through the line. A few of the cars behind us got out of line. We would have if we were able. When we got the food it was cold. Tasted fine. Pleasant staff. Can't figure out what took so long.
This complaint has nothing to do with the staff. I do not know who owns this taco bell,but either raise your pay to get more staff or change the service hours of your restaurant. When I worked at Taco Bell it was never this slow I can’t even stop by on break real quick with out being late! Love Taco Bell but there no reason why I’m in drive thru 20 plus minute . What happened to fast food being fast ?!
Another visit & still poor quality of food. 1st pic is Cheese Quesadilla & the 2nd was Chicken Quesadilla.
Also asked for a little bit of all sauces, I get 1 of each.
Who makes a chalupa with a stale shell that is harder than a jolly rancher to bite into and sells it as acceptable?! Also, this place forgets to put food in the bag. Oh and a trifecta, their chicken tacos have no chicken on them!!!! What in the world is going on here? Who is running this place?

Plattsmouth Taco Bell/KFC. Only 12 wings and no dark meat. Ordered doritos tacos Supreme - no sour cream or tomatoes and soggy bottoms. Very disappointing!!
