A perfect shop for Bellingham. Specialty coffee, that also serves food, beer, and wine. They bus tables, have waiters as well as bar ordering, it's damn near perfect. It is also one of the most gorgeously designed cafes north of Seattle. Soon to be a staple of Bellingham. Congrats, and cheers Camber!

I stopped in yesterday to try out their mochas and also indulged in a waffle. I was impressed. The girl behind the counter (sorry I didn't get her name, my bad) was so intuitive... I'm really particular about my mocha... when I said that I would like it less than half sweet, she nodded, smiled and said "oh, so you'd like a latte with a splash of chocolate". Exactly! Lol... and it was SO good! The waffle was wonderful too. A server also brought cutlery with a cloth napkin...a very nice touch. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Camber, will highly recommend it and look forward to stopping in again the next time I'm in Bellingham.

Loved the atmosphere and the food. Our group all ordered something different for lunch and we all thought every dish was very good. The coffee is amazing! Can’t wait to return.

Today I sing the praises of Camber. Oddly enough, I was walking down the street on my way to my usual not-so-classy watering hole and popped in to wave at a familiar face in the window. I was promptly greeted by Steven who politely asked "will you be sitting at the bar or a table today?" ...well...hey, why not! I guess the bar! I was here a week ago and noticed the beer & food menu had already made a new rotation. I like that variety. Steven took most proper care of asking me questions about my beer preferences (dude knows his stuff). Once decided on the Dystopian State ESB (10/10), I proceeded to order the cheese plate for a quick nibble (also stellar). I was approached by another lovely staff who proceeded to express sincere apology that their "dessert photographer" needed to utilize the bar for a new item. No biggie. I mean, I didn't know there was exclusive dessert photographers, as that sounds pretentious-but Tony's/Camber knows their shit. So I moved to a table (again, no sweat). Next thing I knew Emma offered me the same dessert being photographed (grace harbor panna cotta) . I am going to tell you I am one of those people who doesn't write reviews. I don't (pure laziness). I admit, I support local...hard, and this experience made me love Camber even more. Every one & every thing in here is just elegant & smooth. They even brought me a mocha milkshake to try too! I certainly didn't need that but it was equally tasty. Overall, tonight was a pleasant surprise. Camber, you're doing it right. Bellingham needed you. I needed you xo.

This coffee spot is on a whole other level. It's a bit pricey but actually worth it. The juniper coffee was soooo good, the earl grey ice cube was a treasured treat to take it to another level. Hands down best coffee I've had. The breakfast sandwich was homemade and packed with flavor and keeps you full for hours.

Wow, not one but TWO great vegetarian breakfast biscuit sandwiches! The price might seem high as first glance ($12) but their breakfast biscuits are a work of art and more than enough for a breakfast (or lunch). We ordered the Standard (without meat, adding avocado) and the Earthly Delights sandwich. Both were great but the Earthly Delights was beyond delicious - such interesting flavors, and even fresh dill to top it off. Truly an impressive combination of ingredients. (The Earthly Delights can be made vegan on request.) The cookies were great too - we had the matcha cookie and lavender lemon shortbread. Staff were friendly and helpful. I visited at 9am on a Friday and there were only a few people inside and on the patio, with no line. TIP: Vax required for indoor seating (THANK YOU!) and I estimate about 20 seats available outside, some of it covered. EDIT: I visited a second time on a Saturday morning at about 9:30. There were several people here but still plenty of seating. We had the weekend special of a strawberry shortcake and it was incredible. Huge kudos to the chef! Note that there's a clean gender-neutral restroom available.

Beautiful, light-filled cafe, with excellent coffee (swoon-worthy packaging) and incredible breakfast biscuit sandwiches. The menu is more limited than usual because of Covid, but don’t miss lovely spot in the heart of Bellingham. Plenty of indoor and outdoor (covered) seating.

The breakfast sandwich has been amazing 4 times in a row. I’m sad the menu is limited however and the kitchen is only open Thursday-Sunday I believe. I hope covid ends before I die and this place is once bumpin again. It’s one of bellinghams modern treasures. If you are not a hippie with baggie pants, come here!

Breakfast biscuit was delicious and filling. Coffee selection was superb and I enjoyed my pour over with some lemony olive oil cake. I probably ate too much… no regrets. Worth it!
