The best pho in Bellingham! All of their broth, including the veggie broth, is really flavorful and portions are generous. My go-to spot, highly recommend!
Favorite Vietnamese Restaurant. Love the pho (noodle soup). My favorite are spring rolls. They are served with peanut sauce, but I substitute fish sauce. They use green leaf or romaine (not iceberg) lettuce, good size shrimp and pork. Very economical family run restaurant.
Good Pho ya.. Im a huge fan of the Pho noodle soup with everything. Tripe, tendons, special meatballs ect... Its the most authentic and best Pho in town. I order my Pho with a side of either Spring Rolls or Egg Rolls. The soup has some good funk to it, just the way I like it. Always fresh and good food. My wife likes the dry noodles, myself I have never had them, I only go to a noodle house to eat wet noodles.
FIRST place we think to go. Pho Ly has the best Pho in Bellingham.
An extremely charming and quaint restaurant making good and warm food. We always frequent here because of the good food and the friendly service. The owners try to remember your name and even what you order! If you look around you will see that they almost know everyone that comes in to eat because everyone who comes in are regulars.
"Wonder Pho". New on my radar screen in the ongoing search for GREAT meals for under $10 is modest but flavorful Pho Ly (pronounced phurr lee).
Statisticly, 85% of people who dine out, eat the same thing each time and I fall into that catagory. A small to go order of spicy beef noodle soup ($6.99 which includes tax, license and dealer prep) includes (packed seperately) paper thin slices of round steak, a large, say, a fist size order of vermicelli rice noodles covered with chopped green onions and thin slices of yellow onion.
The next package holds a good helping of bean sprouts, a few slices of jalepeno peppers and several stalks of Thai basil. This packet also holds a small container of hoisen sauce mixed with a small dash of a spicer red sauce that I have yet to identify. The crown jewel in this package is the rich beef stock, no doubt made from scratch, which is meant to drown all of the afore mentioned goodies.
As I enjoy less broth in a bowl, I reap the additional benefit of freezing the remainder of the beef stock (after straining the seasonings) for my own use in chili, Asian demi glace, mushroom soup etc. Double bang for the $.
No item on the menu exceeds $7.45 icluding the fresh spring rolls (2 for $3.25) which are a must. OK, maybe 84% of the time.
Authentic Vietnamese Food.. This place is great. The owner is a very intelligent, multi-linguistic and friendly man. The food is authentically made the traditional Vietnamese way. The best pho in town.
Flew into Bellingham, WA and looking for a place to have dinner. Came across this Pho place with good reviews from the locals. We ordered spring rolls, beef stew noodle soup, chicken and shrimp fried rice, seafood pho (pic below) & chicken pho. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of food. They tasted amazing and fresh. Kids enjoyed their dishes, the quantity was perfect and we were able to take some leftovers for a late night crave. The host was very hospitable and served us the food with minimum wait time during rush dinner time. I highly recommend it for anybody wanting to try Pho in Bellingham.

Cute little mom and pop Cafe that serves a very reasonable menu of pho, bun and stir fry.
No frills, friendly service and consistent food.
We always love coming here to Pho Ly. The the owners know us and our orders. It's small in space but huge in flavor. We have brought many people to try pho for the first time here. And they always end up craving it. When we're both sick you know we're better when we start craving Pho Ly.
This place is unreal! Staff treat you like family and the pho is delicious. Have been coming here for nine years and it never gets old.
The best pho soup in Washington delicious food must try
Excellent pho. The fully loaded beef is delicious with a hearty helping of sprouts, basil and jalapeños to add. My wife gets chicken with vegetable broth and they've always been accommodating. Staff is incredibly friendly and seem to care about their food.
This place is a hidden gem. Small, family owned, super friendly and THE BEST ramen soup I've ever had. The hot spicy beef is a must try.
Seriously the best pho in Whatcom county! My husband and I are regulars. They know us by name and always know what we want, we rarely have to even order anymore. The food is ALWAYS consistent and delicious.
