The steaks were cooked to perfection, as were the Oysters Rockefeller, the seared scallops and the chocolate mousse. The service was impeccable. While I do agree with some reviews that the restaurant was more crowded then what we're typically used to during this period, I thought the food taste and presentation deserve a high score.
Nice local French restaurant. Food is great with a good selection on their menu. Daily specials are offered.
Everything was great with the exception of chicken marsala. Chicken was thick and dry, it should have been pounded thinner
Have you been to the Tadich Grill in SF? This is a bit like that. Somewhat lost in time, this place doesn't try to be anything else than a relatively expensive and upscale restaurant for the area. The food was good, nothing extraordinary. Service was accommodating and friendly, and I'm sure it would get even friendlier if you stop by multiple times. Seems like a perfect place to visit if you live in the neighborhood. Hope it is still there in 20 years when I'm properly hitting the average age of the clientele.
Great service, great food. A little pricey so better for special occasions.
Fine dining at its best. What fun to watch the Caesar salad or Steak Diane to be made at the table. We enjoyed the Scallops as an appetizer, and a couple of specials, Veal Oscar and grilled Ribeye steak. Amazingly special dining experience.
Delicious food. Vegetables cooked to the exactly correct firmness. Attentive staff
White table cloth. Authentic taste and great ambiance. Food portion was a little light. Great for fit bods.
