Nice seating and power for devices. Bring a sweater. Cool as all Wendy's. Friendly staff. Right by the train station. Decent WiFi.

Dine in is still closed for covid 3 weeks after everyone else opened up. Drive-in is open, but they refuse to serve walking customers. So if you happen to be walking to the cal train station nextdoor, tough luck for you. They'll even tell you to move over cause there is a car waiting to be served.
