I went to get coffee today around 6:45 PM, and I ask for some room for milk. The barista gave me the cup half way (she charged full price of course). When I asked to fill a little more she said they were running out, and didn't have any more because they were closing in 15 mins.
What kind of service is this????
Is this new from Starbucks????

Hopefully, this is just one time thing. I get coffee from this store every day because I work very close to.

I live in Belmont, and this location has been my go-to spot before work in the morning. However, I’ve noticed that younger employees have been hired. These individuals, for the last two months, have consistently gotten my order wrong. I also noticed a lot of joking around, flirting, and even horseplay behind the counter. This needs to be investigated immediately as this is unproffessional. We all pay Starbucks prices at this location, but we have definitely not been recieving quality service. Thanks

Fantastic little unpretentious diner. Pancakes were tasty and good texture, home fried potatoes awesome with just the right amount of onions and peppers. Staff was really friendly and attentive without hovering. Only downsides are that it is located right before freeway on ramp and no real Maple syrup (would be nice to offer it as a side for an extra charge).

We are stuck with this only Starbucks in the area! Service is super slow and employees seem disgruntled and retaliate to the customers with bad service.
I am guessing the Manager/Owner doesn't care and treats them badly because the below par service is consistent from different employees who come and go.
