Simply because ; -they've got a 'straight forward' menu with a popular selection of meats, breads, cheeses, veggies and condiments. -(if there's no line-up..) The order takes about 2 minutes. -Super friendly "Mom and Pop" staf

Best little Deli on the Peninsula, Sandwiches are Delicious and the Staff are so nice and pretty, Always service with a beautiful smile from Mera, Nadine , Rawan, and Randa my favorite place for lunch .

I got the spring salad with steak--super yum! i usually wish there were more greens and that was the case here. i just love greens. the steak was cooked perfectly as well. everything was super fresh, so no complaints there. the only thing i'd say is that it is fairly pricey. just know that going in

Nice people, pretty good food, not much of it, microwave bacon. T.V. blaring like from a third world country, not needed, great coffee today, good sandwiches when I have ordered them, today it was scrambled eggs, and I really liked the fresh vegetables in it. Lettuce had a mild preservative taste.

Awesome Family business! Open early. Parking is great. FOOD IS GREAT Fast service! And of course the girls here are in fact lovely :)

Small, (hole in the wall) seats 10/12 But the food is good. Salads, sandwiches, soup and hot food. SIMPLE, but good
