I ordered 3 boxes of cheese crust cheese pizza for my kids July 2022. My pizza arrived at a decent time. The first box my kids ate was not pretty at all it had more crust than pizza. My kids still ate it because we don’t eat out often. I decide to eat a slice of pizza out of the second box. The dough was extremely flat and stuck to the box. I look past it and eat 1 slice. I wake up with either food poisoning or the stomach flu. I threw the rest of the pizza in the garbage. I reached out to the manager Sherry G or Sheryl G. She informed me that everything comes frozen and the only thing that comes fresh is the dough. I explained to her that I’m pretty sure it was the dough. She also informed me that she just became GM for the store the day prior. She said that there are something’s that needs to be changed and that a quality check should have been made so this kind of thing does not happen. She took my information and said she would pass it on to the store owner and I would receive a call within 48 hours or she would call me herself. It has now been 96 hours and no call from anyone. Not even an offer to refund me for the terrible customer service or bacteria filled pizza that caused me pain a suffering. Now my whole household who made it through C-19 with no sickness is sick with respiratory infections. Do I think it’s connected yes I do. Are employees washing their hands? Are employees properly handling the food?

I ordered a pepperoni pizza and was brought a BBQ chicken pizza. The delivery girl brought me a new pizza, and I once again received a BBQ chicken pizza. I chased after her before she left to let her know my pizza was messed up again. She took the correct pizza out of the warmer bag and handed it to me. I understand humans make mistakes so I wasn't upset, didn't complain, and still tipped. I ate two slices of my pizza and on the third slice I realized there was a LONG BLONDE HAIR BAKED INTO MY PIZZA. I called to alert management and they offered me a refund with no apology or Papa Johns credit. Lex Weaver is the manager and should look for work elsewhere. Bad customer service, bad attitude.

I feel like I have been robbed. These pizzas had so few toppings that they were barely identifiable. I used to love Papa John's when I lived in Greensboro 20 years ago. No more. I could have done better with a 99 cent pizza from the freezer.

Ordered here for many years and enjoyed. Picked up carry out today. Ordered regular crust - it was flat and tough - like it had been made a while. Yet when we picked up we were told it was " still in the oven". Very few toppings ( got The Works) were all dumped in the middle. The whole thing tasted like a frozen pizza. Very surprised at how much the quality dropped - we've eaten scores of pizzas from this location. I don't think I'll risk it again. Too many other choices.

Awesome customer service. The gentlemen had a mask on while preparing the food. Well greeted as well as exit. Oh yeah the food was good and hot too.
