We ordered online, when we got there at the pickup time, they had not started the order. We were told they had been slammed but no one was in the store. They were also out of numerous items. We asked for a refund and we were told they didn't know how to give us one since we ordered online. My wife
Wow the service here is phenomenal!!! The young lady had a beautiful name, a wonderful smile, a refreshing attitude. I told her she's awesome. Food was so good, so No pictures. Thanks Adae

Tables were dirty with trash on them. Cutting boards were horrible. Didn't mind waiting for people to come out. But when they did, they clearly didn't want to be there.

One of the worst experiences ever! Everyone was either yelling or on their phone… such bad customer service. We stood in line 5 minutes just looking at everything and knew we couldn’t eat from there. Super disappointed because it’s never been like that.
They NEVER wash their hands. Cash register straight to touching things on the line, personal phones on the cutting board next to food. Nasty
Visited this location 4/16. As soon as I walked in I was hit with this weird sour smell. I turned right around and walked out. This is the second time I have been to this location and last. Previous attempt they had run out of bread so they might as well as closed shop.
